The only way I could see Rayleigh dying is of old age, and I doubt he'll die during the timeskip XD

Regarding Coby one day becoming an admiral, I see Coby turning into a Garp sort of characters. Coby's original goal is to be at the top of the marines so he can promote justice onto the world, my point is I believe Coby will rise above the image of just being an admiral.

Garp, as we have seen obviously is one of the more important vice admirals, and if we can take Chapter 0 as cannon, he did not want to be an admiral. I think the point that was trying to be made is, he did not care about his position and did not want to sit on the top hierarchy of the government, he simply wanted to truly promote justice in the world and not be a puppet. Since Coby is a good character and since he is Garp's disciple I do not ever think he will become an Admiral, but most likely a Vice-Admiral. And I also think that him and Luffy will one day have their obvious face-off. Though I think by then Coby will have a few assistants.

No One piece them has really been bad, the worst is Crazy Rainbow which isn't bad compared to many other animes. BTW whoever was saying new OP wasnt at the end of Thriller Bark, according to the episode titles, its the episode when the Strawhats defeat Oz. So technically its not the very end which makes it kind of weird on why they didn't wait until the next arc started..

Chapter 500 we establish 3 new characters:
Kidd- From what we see he has a strong sense of morality while being a pirate. He looks as if hes going to fight Law.
Law- An overall jacka. Probably just a character to be beaten up by Kidd to show his strength.
From this we are already seeing a theme: The guys name is Law, Kidd believes the law is evil, the government is corrupted, therefore he will go against the "Law". He obviously wants to be pirate king but most likely has a great goal of taking down the World Government. Kidd seems to already be seen as a strong character. Most likely he will not fight Luffy, but befriend him.

And then Silver Raleigh- He's the most interesting from this chapter, hes the coating guy they are going to see and has this interesting power which kills a man.

The most important line is: "If someone interesting shows up we should buy them". Basically hinting that Kidd is going to buy Camie. Not for the intentions of evil, but justice, selling people is immoral. I think we judged a book by its cover. Kidd seems like a morally strong person, not an evil killer.

Why has nobody come up with the obvious answer to the "Who captured Roger" question? Sengoku. He WAS a major player on the seas back then, he was an Admiral too, if I remember the Ohara incident correctly, and now he's Fleet Admiral. A combination of capturing Roger and destroying Ohara probably got him a promotion. It makes sense that the highest ranking Marine would be the one who caught Roger.

As to Dragon… I doubt he was a Marine before, because as was stated before, if Dragon was a rogue Marine, the World Government would have gone to great lengths to capture him, because keeping a high-ranking Marine's betrayal under wraps would be hard, the other Marines at least would learn of it. He might have been, but certainly not as high-ranking as to catch Roger, because that would mean that the World Government would have been taking Dragon seriously from the beginning.

I agree with most of it, besides the fact that we know and that it is confirmed that Dragon was an ex member of the marines…

Obviously something happaned to Kuma, you don't have a former bounty if you were never against the World Government.

I just thought of something. If Kuma was made by the world government and is their tool, then why does he have a former bounty? It would mean that he was not always the world governments tool. Disucuss.

once again, the church associates the serpant with satan though in reality they have no connection. When anything before the Post-exilic period was written, none of it would have involved Satan, since he wasn't an idea. Regarding the larger theory at hand. Who says the Gol D. Roger is even dead. NEVER have we seen him actually die, just right before. Also, no one has ever said he was dead either. I'm going to take this one step further and say that Dragon saved him at Roguetown. Discuss.

Fine, I will fuck myself as I say that you could've gotten all of that in a more meaningful arc, Skypeia could have had a more original character than another Logia user trying to take a place over.

I do agree with you there. It also wasn't that long either… Nothing really that memorable came.... Like for Arabasta the fights there were just sheer amazing, but the Skypeia fights aren't ones you remember very easily... The CP9 fights were also so cool.... And then Thriller Bark's Zoro vs. Brooke's Shadows fight was just sheer amazement.. But yea, Skypeia got nothing done.... Luffy didn't even get a high bounty due to it either... One thing though, when you now look at the power of each strawhat, it goes, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Franky, Robin, Chopper, Nami, Usopp. Though, Zoro and Sanji are about equal. Franky and Robin are about equal, and Chopper, Nami and Usopp are about equal, the power of the Strawhats are getting closer and closer...

Okay, let me get you guys straight on Satan and the Bible and whatnot. NOWHERE IN THE BIBLE IS THE NAME LUCIFER MENTIONED. That's right, we get that name from tradition throughout the years. Satan is hebrew, devil is that word in greek. Lucifer is a roman word involving light. So there's the first place you guys were messing up. Another part, no where in the Bible does it say Satan was an angel, actually, it says against that, in the book of job which is the largest account of Satan in the Old Testament, Satan is always excluded from the archangels but still said to be in the court of God. Satan, throughout the old and new testament, was always the one that did God's dirty work and who God appointed to govern the earth. The idea of him being evil was caused by the church, no where in the Bible does it say he actually was evil and against God.

Heres a quote from Kuma:

From the sound and wording of that, it almost sounds like Vegapunk ate a fruit that made him smart, Kuma noted NO ONE COULD COMPARE TO HIM, meaning he posesses an inhuman ability, I wouldn't be surprised if he was that way. Regarding the Zoro and Luffy argument. Here's something everyone should understand, Zoro's body is much tougher than Luffy's it can take a lot more pain. But, Luffy's body is rubber, therefore it absorbs and constricts the pain, if Luffy's body was normal, Zoro would probably have a stronger body.

If you read the recent interview with Oda, he clearly stated that he wanted a musical skeleton to join the crew in the first place, but that got delayed. Brook's dream is good enough for the Straw Hats. Laboon is a friend of Brook and the Straw Hats and Brook promised to meet up with him again after he travels the Grand Line. The Rumba Pirates, Brook's original crew, intended to travel the whole Grand Line anyway. So yes, his dream is relevant.
On top of that, Reverse Mountain lies past Raftel.

The point of reverse mountain being on the way is a good one, but Oda speciffically said that he had THE IDEA of Brooks at the time, just not how he was to be presented (probably meaning skeleton or not or w/e). Also, the Sakura blossoms never literally cured disease, it was metaphorical… Chopper WANTS TO BE ABLE TO CURE EVERY DISEASE and SAIL THE GRAND LINE WITH PIRATES for Hiluluks dream.

All of them have a specific goal on the Grand Line, Brook's is then simply go through the Grand Line… There is no overall point to what hes doing...

I am kinda doubting Brook's joining due to one major detail, his goal is not to progress through the Grand Line, but to see Laboon again. I have a feeling Brook's will become a cover story.

Kaku was my favorite too… Who says Luffy is gonna get another crew member though? He's filled every single position he's wanted now and he's about to enter the New World.

its actually kinda hard for Oda to get out of this one. If Luffy stops using the Gears then he will start losing to more enemies, note the enemies in New World easily beat Moria. If Luffy however doesn't stop using Gear's he'll die. $10 says Luffy eats another Devil's fruit.

New idea! Arlong saves them (yes that was a joke). BTW, I just thought of something… So Luffy just beat Moria, somehow they will beat or escape Kuma, but right after that they have Jinbei... The Shichibukai are all gonna get smashed up pretty quickly here. Then all thats left is Doflamingo, a guy we don't know about yet and Blackbeard, Blackbeard will probably one of his final opponents though... Also, does Luffy have to fight the Youkou? O btw, I think the title comes from Kuma "squishing" everyone.

Merry died, I think that shows hes not afraid to kill off characters. Really, Merry was part of the crew, it even had the spirit and everything…. Though it wasn't as crucial as everyone else, I think its saying others will die.

If I had to guess at this point, there are actually a few possibilities. I really think that soon one the Straw Hats will die and this is the perfect time to do so. We have seen Smoker and Tashigi in a while, but note they can't really do anything, they are weaker than most of the Strawhat Crew and couldn't do anything against Kuma. I don't think Gecko Moria is getting back up, I'm pretty sure hes down and out as far as it goes now. Even if he wasn't the blast would kill him. There's always a possibility that somehow the blast was stopped, but Luffy can't move, and none of the other characters can really do a thing at this point. Unless Ace comes alone and stop the attack (and hes probably dead from the fact the Blackbeard is Shichibukai), what would be really cool is if Blackbeard came and intervened, but they are in the middle of nowhere in a way, though they are either in, or on the brink of the New World, so maybe we'll see one of the Youkou, Shanks maybe, come and help out. Really there are tons of possibilies on what could happen now… I doubt anyone can take down Kuma though... Then again, Brooks might be able to stop the attack with his body since nothing else can penetrate it... or something... He might sacrafice himself as a debt repayer which would actually be really cool...
