Vergo took down Law somewhat instantly (even if by some planted device), and CC captured the SHs.
A luffy vs Dofla (if it happens) is going to be a while.
Oda has always set Luffy against opponents that he shouldn't have been able to defeate. Crocodile and Lucci for example.
Finally we might be able to see the first grand battle in the new world. Luffy vs Doflamingo. Also I have always had this feeling that Law is somehow connected to Doflamingo with the similar JRs and all.

Aokiji is a perfect example of how to use logia againts haki users. Remember that whitebeard stabbed Aokiji with haki but Aokiji just created a hole in his own stomach to avoid the blow and counter-attack at the same time.
Ok, this is just stupid. EVERYONE in the crew has great respect for Luffy. I don't know if I'm assuming this right, but you're using comic relief (that is, Sanji kicking Luffy whenever the latter does something stupid) as a measure of Sanji's respect?

Also, Brook's antics/skull jokes are hardly annoying in the manga. Such a shame that anime-only fans have to judge a character based on the anime alone.

Luffys haki is not on low level. He 1 shotted a pacifista and kraken and would have destroyed noah if the sea king hadn't helped.
Imo, sanji's characterâŠsucks. To me it always has. The moment he was swooning over Nami at the Baratie I found him annoying. The whole Arlong Arc I was praying that he would leave the crew....After I caught up in the show and started browsing apforums etc. I was baffled that he was a popular character.
His pervy and flirty attitude is super annoying(and has never been funny) and getting furious at anyone who fights a woman and not being able to kick an (evil) woman who wants him dead is incredibly unreasonable and ridiculous. I don't even think he's chivalrous, he's just a perv who goes after every pretty lady there is.
When he get's serious he is MUCH better, but other than that he gets on my nerves. Brook's skull jokes are not always funny, but even asking to see panties isn't that bad. The way he says it so serious and calm, it's pretty funny. Also he respects the captain a ton more, which I think is a big deal. Just my 2 cents, sorry for longish post
I just think that it's only reasonable for at least one of this crazy crew to realise they've got 2 beauties with bouncy bussoms on board.
Also his fighting style,power and personality make him my second favorite character sharing the position with Ace sniff. Luffy being the #1. Some may found his personality annyoing but do u remember the scene where Camie saved him from drowning while holding his head to her breasts and Usopp going: "no noâŠJust let him die" One of the most hilarious scenes in one piece.
About Brook: I don't like his style AT ALL. I wanted him to be a bit more gloomy character (giving he's a skeleton whose crew died and has been sailing alone for 50 years without ever seeing day light) but instead he became a motherfucking rock star. The crown and the glasses don't fit him in the SLIGHTEST but I do like how he embraces his DF abilities even more than usual.

Women in one piece are potrayed strong willed and beautiful while in series like Naruto/bleach girls are usually just there to be saved from some villain. It must also be taken into account that Oda made this series for BOYS and boys like BOOBS.
Regardless of how I enjoy watching Nami after time-skip,she lost somethingâŠI just don't know what.

Tbh I kinda want them to get this over with to see the plan for defeating a yonkou. Also I want Law to witness Luffys power.

I was afraid that one piece would turn into more like fairytail when I saw the post-timeskip Nami and Robin but Oda has kept things together pretty well. One piece doesn't need stuff like: couples, fan service or moe to be awesome. Even tho personally I love the fact that mugiwara crew has 2 beautiful females giving the crew more color.

The situation is the same. At the start Mihawk was the first shichibukai to be shown and he was clearly too strong for the strawhats.
Still they defeated two of those fearful schichibukais later on thus making the schichibukai seem less over powered.
The yonkou are the "new schichibukai" for the straw hats but I hope that they won't be crossing that line for a long time.
I hope they will sustain their supreme position so that their threat doesn't get smaller as it did for the schichibukai.
I don't want Brook to keep that supid crown and glassesâŠThey are terrible and Oda should have been slapped (gently) for giving him those... Also his "rock star career" was stupid.
I also don't want Big Mom to be defeated like Crocodile and Moria. Yonkou need to sustain their supreme position until the end of the series.
I ALSO don't want Oda to give us meaningless arcs that give little information about all the interesting stuff like Dragon, devil fruits, Kaido, supernovas and Luffys power compared to them.

About MonetâŠI don't think she's a DF user as crazy as it sounds. Laffite has the same ability as her and there can't be 2 same DFs. Laffite is also mostly seen without wings meaning he can control them. It's probably some sort of mythical race or w/e.
Well technically, light is a a particle called photon that is composed of energy and has mass. So, if someone like Kizaru really existed and can control the light itself, it would not be impossible to create that lightsaber and cause explosions from moving light particles at the speed of light (according to our knowledge of our universe as of now at least). But, what I was referring to was the general power of his speed like you mentioned; but not only that, he should also be able to blind people and melt them away instantly with his incredible speed.
TL DR: Oda nerfed Kizaru's fruit big time.
Well Kizarus fruit seems to have the greatest potential of all the fruits seen so far thus it makes sense even Kizaru couldn't use it to its full extent.

Still, Jimbei has many funny moments and wouldn't be a boring add-on to the SH crew. At least he would be 1000x better than Vivi who would serve no role in the crew: Luffy (captain and the strongest in the crew), Nami (navigator and fighter), Franky (mechanic and fighter),Chopper(doctor and fighter),Zoro(main force fighter), Sanji (cook and main force fighter), Robin (knowledge, Archeologist and fighter), Usopp (sniper and fighter) and Brook (musician and fighter). Vivi would just be another pair of boobs which would disturb the balance of the 4 great forces in the SW crew. (Nami and Robin)

Being immune to small amounts of poison doesn't make you immune altogether. Large quantity of absolutely any substance can and will kill you.
You might recall Iva warned Luffy not to get poisoned again or he'll die, and he still needed wax to fight Magellan.
He is also definitely not immune to sleeping gas.

Well he doesn't seem to pose a real threat coz of Luffys immunity to poisons that Ivans cure to Magellans poison gave him. We saw this in FI when the octo-samurai accidently poisoned Luffy.
The different roles of townies are a bit confusing but I'll get the hang of it.~

Yes but this arc lacks a MAJOR villain. All the other arcs have some over-powered main villain:Enel, Lucci,Moria,Crocodile etc.
I belive that there is something behind the scenes here that we haven't seen yet. CC doesn't seem like all that big of a threat when it comes to battle power and Law certainly won't be the main villain of this arc.

Apparently, in the world of One Piece, being huge does not affect somebody's stealth skills.
He didn't really "suprise" him. Whitebeard just didn't see him as much of a threat and other relative shit was going on at the same time.
I must say that I want to see Jinbei in the SH crew. He will probably join them when they confront the big mom and her crew.
