I still believe this fight is going to lead to Lee being involved
maybe Gai gonna die or get hurt
lee goes bananas and destroys shit
Lee will destroy shit in the war if Gai dies.

You are the kind of guy that has to pay for it, I guess?
LOL I don't pay for pussy, are u kidding me?
@Thousand:
Some interesting, clever aspect of the wall that would make it reasonable that it would temporarily incapcitate a Bijuu like it was built to.
That's all we got.
Ha, you make it sound like it's some evil monster. It's just a wall. That's all we got. Nothing about special seals or anything.
First off, there are no such thing as "ceros" in this series. Second off, point is if Kishimoto had just made a little effort, it would have been totally plausible for Naruto to be taken out for a while by a containment cell meant for attacks against the structure. Like super chakra lasers or chakra energy attack reflector seals. But we never got any sort of foreshadowing. We just got "it's a wall for keeping Bijuu in".
The author sometimes leaves it up to the reader to think sometimes.
That's called lazy writing. When an author makes a story half-assedly and leaves fanboys like you to make up fan-fiction to justify the lack of attention to detail.
I don't give a damn what Oda did. I'm not letting you use this defense anymore. It's not relevant to this discussion about Naruto.
No a twelve year old would just keep on reading, accepting the event, despite how retarded it is because he's a dumb kid which Kishimoto realizes which is why he skimps on the details.
Thats all we freaking need. The hell is he wasting his time on a freaking wall. Bijuus can't escape with ceros( Yes i know its not call that).
I know its just a wall that contains freaking bijuus. I sorry, but when a Bijuu has shown to be capable of this http://www.mangareader.net/93-419-14/naruto/chapter-414.html
LOL at 12 year old, i would be able to figure out the wall is stronger. I sorry ur brain didn't develop then.
Fanfiction HAA "This place was build to keep tail beast in".
Excuse you, I take naked woman very seriously. >(
I take that seriously too. You have to put her to work.
Can we get some naked woman too?
For naked boys, we already have Naruto.
HAAAAAAAA ha hmmm yea ur soooo funny.:sad:
@Thousand:
You know Juju, this might have been a valid excuse if Kishimoto spent a panel or two on the special tensile strength of the wall. Hell, he could have gone for broke and did something cool like made it so that any Bijuu that touches the wall is automatically injured. Instead it reeks of a bad plot twist made on the fly as an excuse to hurry along the Gai vs Kisame battle.
WTH does he need to explain? He already said it keeps tail beasts in their. That is all u need to know of the walls power. The bijuu doesn't have to touch the wall. That would be lame when they have ceros. The author sometimes leaves it up to the reader to think sometimes. Did Oda going into full detail of that wall that tanked everything in the war? no, but its pretty obvious to a 12 year old reading " The wall must be pretty strong to tank New world pirates attack, keep bijuus and break God mode ankle.
@Thousand:
Juju thinks he can validate Naruto's bad story-telling by comparing it to One Piece. It's his favorite defense.
I am not validating anything. First argument "Naruto powered up and a wall breaks his ankle. I respond that it isn't a normal wall and it tanks Cero. They have no comeback, so now its "Naruto getting taking out that way is lame" My response " its not any lamer then how other main characters get taking out of battle" I also agree with ultimateclima post. I don't see how breaking your ankle on wall that tanks Ceros could be that lame.
@iSheep:
How does this even matter? This isn't about One Piece or Dragonball. Naruto breaking his ankle because he kicked a wall to hard is lame, I don't care about Luffy being stuck between two houses or Goku having heart problems.
It wasn't a normal wall.
@gabzilla:
LOL
Thank you. :D
LOL ur funny.
@iSheep:
What the hell? What is with the last sentence, I have no idea what you're talking about.
And yes, Naruto breaking his foot because he kicked a wall too hard is incredibly lame. And you gues why? Because Naruto is an incredibly lame douchebag.
not any lamer then getting stuck or being far away/sick.(Goku).
Gimme a minute while I run that through Google translator.
Hey, don't blame me for ur mistake and fail joke attempt.
@Cyan:
In a series where people can survive being eaten by a fifty-foot snake, C4 explosions, and getting their damn head cut off, yeah, breaking your leg is really lame.
People get injured all the time in Naruto. Kakashi probably has his own room in the hospital. Naruto has broken his hand before too. IDK where your getting this from. A character who could clearly escape a damn building waste chapters to push it apart. Gabz has long has u admit ur mistake.
This chapter has shark summons.
Who cares about Naruto's ankles?
Stuck in his bed after fainting?
He wasn't stuck in the bed.
@Muah:
Getting thrown in between a wall is interesting and realistic. And we got to see him push buildings apart. But Naruto breaking his foot and Indiana Jones causing an avalanche where they're caved in is less cool.
No getting your head or bodu stuck is stupid has hell. BS excuse to take him out for chaps. Yea and breaking ur leg isn't realistic?
The point is he broke his foot for no reason but not to get involved. Back when Kishi cared he would have done something more… less lame.
No, he broke his foot because he wasn't in control and hit a freaking wall that tanks ceros. I don't see how thats a lame reason to be out of a fight. I have seen lamer reasons.
so he broke his foot because he was too strong and kicked a hole in the floor?
yea stupid. can you imagine goku training and then he gets a power up and while fighting someone his punch misses the guy and his fist breaks a pillar or something in half and it breaks his hand. LOL
I thought Kishi already explain thats it not a regular wall. That wall tanks attacks from tail beasts. Hey Kishi should of just let him get get stuck their for a chapter or two right?
I feel like kishi is afraid to draw. He basically drew naruto breaking his foot solely so he wouldn't get involved IMO. There are so many creative ways he could have done Kisame vs gai with out PNJ. Though maybe Naruto breaking his foot will tie into the story later even though he should heal in like an hour.
He broke his foot because of the bijuu wall. That place keeps tail beast in it for a reason.
i change my opinion from before. FT is better then i thought from reading further.
@Thousand:
Ooh, getting tetchy and arrogant now? Okay. Fun.
That's actually being nice. Not being nice would be calling it a mixture of bile and smegma smeared over chimpanzee feces stuffed in the anal opening of a goat
Over 80 and counting junior. I maybe even broke triple digits. All I know is I've been reading manga without any breaks after finishing a series for five years straight.
List them. Let's see if you're not just talking out your ass.
Oh I never said it was the very worst. It IS extremely bad garbage of the lowest tier though. Definitely the worst fantasy series running in Jump
Bitch, I've read shlock like To-Love-Ru and Ane Doki. Why you think this, in any shape or form excuses Bleach for its awfulness is beyond me.
This "you haven't read a lot of manga" defense is pathetic and moronic. Especially given as there's no way you can apply it to everyone here.
I actually agree with this.
I'd wish you practiced more what you preached but you're totally in the right with this one Juju.
I do practice wat i preach. I back up my self and respond to every post. He just talks out of his ass.
Awful cat vomit? LMFAO.
You say this and yet I bet you barely read any other manga. I know some pretty shitty manga out there and Bleach is FAR from the worst. Come back and tell me how shitty Bleach is when you've read more mangas because I could probably list how many shonen manga's you've read on just my one hand.
Zoom, i see you avoiding things here. They told you before to list the things bad about OP. Ur just making statements. Back it up with something. TELL THEM WHY THE RECENT DEVELOPEMENT DOESN't SUCK. Atleast tell us why you like Bleach, so we can have a discussion. All you say to people is "Bleach doesn't suck"
Chapter 3: Chrissie's Conundrum
-Upon arrival in the capitol, Robby's group is assaulted by the remaining Archfiends and locked up.
-Chrissie tries to convince Insider and Sai that they're not really from this world, but to no avail.
-gabzilla shows up, breaks Robby and friends out, and joins the party. She explains that she has been treated as a princess in this world.
-Upon escaping, the group are attacked by SnoCone and Kitsune simultaneously.
-SnoCone and Kitsune bicker throughout the fight, before fleeing in defeat.
-Once outside, they run into Sarus and Chrissie, who are waiting for them. Chrissie battles them, but it is only a ploy to throw Sarus off-guard. Chrissie joins the party to battle Sarus a second time.
-After Sarus flees, Bobjr comes and states that Wagomu is aware and would like to speak with them.
Remember i have to say beast or refered to has a beast. yep
When were you under the illusion that you weren't a filler character, juju?
yesterday….....
hmm i have been gone and what tare you guys talking about. I ain't no filler character in watever you guys talking about.
Both of those pages are from the Zabusa arc, Team 7's first real mission. At that point, Naruto and Sasuke had just begun training together and pretty much hated each other. (They showed great teamwork against Zabusa with the whole "fake windmill shuriken" strategy, though.) Their rivalry was beginning and the mission would ultimately bring them closer together, but are you going to argue that they were already friends at that point? That seems a little farfetched to me.
Friends laugh together, have fun together, show kindness towards each other, and so on. We hardly saw anything of the sort with Naruto and Sasuke, which makes their "friendship" a little hard to swallow. Shikamaru and Chouji are way more believable as best friends, and we only learned about their relationship in a short flashback.
Also, friendships tend to end when one party attempts to kill the other and is unrepentant about it.
It's clear that Naruto and Sasuke have an important bond, but as Outerspec said, Naruto seems way more invested in their "friendship" than Sasuke, which leaves him seeming obsessed – hardly an attractive quality for the main character.
Well, Naruto did defeat his dark side by giving it a hug, so...
This is a shonen manga. People become best friends in after tgey attempt to murder you all the time. Sasuke and Naruto did show kindness,laughs, and other stuff together. The gaara arc even shows Sasuke considers them has friends. Sasuke just like to act tough, so he rarly smiles. He does sometime http://www.mangareader.net/93-186-8/naruto/chapter-181.html Look at Gai and Kakashi, who always serious and Gai is the one challenging him. Sasuke even noticed Sakura was scared of the chunnin exams and tried to build her confidence up.
Naruto just feels he can turn Sasuke. He did the same for gaara.
Thank you, and what I mean by Naruto turning people I'm referring to the usual trend he has with his enemies. #1 Example; the badass, cold-hearted, and ruthless Zabuza.
! http://a.imageshack.us/img691/1076/0121p.jpgNaruto with a few words turned him into a weeping ninja with all the dignity of a ninja to boot, and he went out with pride intact. Next up Naruto's most powerful villain to date, Nagato.
! http://a.imageshack.us/img840/2967/019mv.jpgDestroyed Naruto's entire village and after a face to face encounter with Naruto he turned and revived all he had killed (recently). Then there is Gaara of course.
! http://a.imageshack.us/img245/4061/0101wq.jpgOne of Naruto's earlier turners. The guy went from crazy killer to calm, cool headed, caring leader. So when I say "Naruto will turn Sasuke" I'm working off of past examples. All enemies that seemed (were?) ruthless, cold-hearted, killing machines after encountering Naruto's determination, as lame as it sounds they see the light. There were other people Naruto influenced like Neji and Tsunade but I wouldn't categorize them with the above character's "evilness".
talk no jutsu is Naruto most powerful jutsu. I am surprised Sasuke lasted this long. Raikage seems to be immune too.
Personally, I think that what makes Naruto's pursuit of Sasuke so frustrating is that Kishimoto did a poor job in setting up their "bond". Were they rivals in Part 1? Yes, definitely. But were they ever really friends? I never really felt like they were. Sasuke does save Naruto's life in the first arc and there are a few lines which show they might be growing closer, but there was really never any interaction between them that signaled true friendship. So now, in Part 2 whenever Naruto talks about Sasuke being his best friend, I kind of just roll my eyes.
Sasuke and Naruto being friends were shown pretty clearly. They were rivals, but friends. They are not going to come out and say unless it's something crazy going on. They both like to act tough and crap, but lets examine Sasuke. Sasuke goes to check up on Naruto because he doesn't come home. Helps Naruto here http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-021/page018.html
helps Naruto back home. http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-022/page002.html
He also risk his life for Naruto. IDK wat else u want from him to show it.
Kishi managed to burn down Sasuke's own character development by making him go to the dark side. Shit, even Darth Vader still turned out to be a softy after he went to the dark side. Sasuke lost everything that had been built up about him through all of part one. He lost bonds made, vows taken and any shred of personal growth. Sasuke going into the darkness is one thing, but Kishi decided to ignore everything he learned. Every chance he gets, he makes Sasuke say something about how he doesn't care about it any more, how it doesn't matter, and how none of that happened, especially in the friends department. Worst of all, he's been at it for a while now. He's had half of the series to resolve such things in his mind. If any of it does come back in the final battle, it will just make him seem really really slow and even contradict the anti-development, which might turn out worse.
Darth Vadar had a light side at the end. He was killing people left and right. Naruto didn't end yet. I think Sasuke saying those things is him blocking out what he learned. Look at wat the sound 4 told him http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-179/page009.html He was removing his purpose to kill Itachi with Naruto and his friends(So he thinks atleast). It's funny how you mention him forgetting things because I think he does it on purpose. He tries to block it out. Look at Sakura trying to stop him by telling him about their memories, but all he says is I don't remember. http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-181/page011.html Do you ever watch the Wire?? It's similar to this scene
[qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img827/4013/0011j.jpg[/qimg]
This is kinda long (an understatement) so I put this in spoilers.
! Well now, I understand quite a few people would have a problem in Sasuke's seemingly sudden change in attitude. His turning to the dark side and subsequent apprenticeship under Orochimaru. But honestly, his change was subtle, faster at times, but the darkness took years to accumulate.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img46/4761/010mob.jpg[/qimg]
! Sasuke was at the ripe age of…7 when his entire clan was murdered in 1 night. To make matters worse, psychologically at least, he was lead to believe this was solely done by his own elder brother, Uchiha Itachi. This led to his 2 primary goals and ambitions in his life. The revival of the Uchiha Clan and of course.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img13/4236/011nh.jpg[/qimg]
! Extracting vengeance on Uchiha Itachi. But Sasuke, as he is now, was no where near as bad as the Sasuke we were introduced to. Remember this?
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img808/7120/0131.jpg[/qimg]
! Yes, it's Sasuke protecting Naruto from danger! So what happened after Naruto and Sasuke's tag team duo against Zabuza? Their combined efforts against Haku and later on Gaara? What happened to this Sasuke!?
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img44/8291/012cby.jpg[/qimg]
! He happened.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img714/9190/001bit.jpg[/qimg]
! That man is the bringer of darkness to that kid's life.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img824/3706/0151t.jpg[/qimg]
! Itachi has lead Sasuke down the dark path and no matter how much Sasuke tried to fight it he couldn't win. He wanted strength and he was manipulated down the dark path over time.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img96/4120/005nqi.jpg[/qimg]
! This is why the "fuckup" left Konoha. He was mind fucked and still is. It's not like the change in character was a complete 180. Sasuke had slowly been singking into darkness since he was 7 years old.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img440/838/013zp.jpg[/qimg]
[qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img72/2450/014xh.jpg[/qimg]
! He betrayed Konoha to seek a strength and power. Hate was all he knew to reach his main goal and he wasn't strong enough to fight it. Essentially he failed to hold on to and acknowledge what he had before running to Orochimaru. He had friends and strength but he disregarded it. All for the above reasons.
! Now on to Naruto this will be much shorter. From what I discern the problem you have with him is his self admitting "foolish" determination to chase after Sasuke.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img827/2495/0152e.jpg[/qimg]
! It's because of the bond they share, a bond he fees stronger than Sasuke, but a bond nonetheless. And to Naruto this bond means everything. Loneliness is a much repeated theme in this manga and the pain it brings. So when Naruto finally found someone he could make bonds with, is it not understandable why he would want to be a "fool" to get Sasuke back?
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img13/5149/0153ei.jpg[/qimg]
! As for Part 2 (Shippuden) and his constant whining over Sasuke I need to say his character does get annoying. I understand his initial enthusiasm to bring Sasuke but after Sasuke undoubtedly proved he wanted nothing to do with Konoha and his past friends anymore…frankly I just think Naruto is being an ass for trying to force Sasuke to come back.
! [qimg]http://a.imageshack.us/img714/6707/016rrc.jpg[/qimg]
! Wrapping this all up the only characterization flaws I can find are not the change in characters after Part 1. Naruto was always stubborn and willful. Sasuke was always dark and vengeful (after the Uchiha incident). The flaws I find are their characteristics enunciated to an annoying degree in Part 2. Naruto is too stubborn and willful, to the point he'd accept Sasuke even if he plans on destroying Konoha. Sasuke is too damn vengeful to the point he'd destroy all of Konoha over the mistakes of others. Besides their trademark personalities being overdone in Part 2 I think they make a great contrast of "good" and "evil" to each other, an appropriate rivalry.
! Forgive the sob story for Sasuke and ignore all the ways you can turn "bonding" into gay jokes. :ninja:
OK Boar turn to counter smore, Outerspec, and my post. IDK Why he pretended like Kishi wasn't hinting Sasuke might take this path, but hey thats boar stance so lets see him back it up. Instead of people having a orgasm over his summaries/jokes.
RBoar, I commend you for your excellent retrospective on the rise and fall of the Naruto Dynasty.
Mama Sanji would be proud.
LOL Ye didn't even do the fall part yet. He starting that now. IDK wat your talking about
@AMS:
The one fight they had at whiskey peak seemed to be a stalemate.
I would also say that Zoro does not look to Luffy for guidance, often times he seems to guide luffy in the appropriate path, especially given the Usopp problem at the end of Ennie's Lobby.
yea i worded that wrong. I meant Zoro will follow his orders unless it's something completly stupid of a captain. That Usopp problem is one of my fav Zoro moments.
Don't get it confused, Juju. I don't hate anyone. And his retrospective of Part-1 has been interesting. It's not until Part-2 starts when everything starts getting iffy for me anyways, so I gotta wait till his review on that.
I don't think "Sasuke going to the dark side despite having friends" is bad writing, though. A lot of people make dumb decisions despite having plenty of help.
I know you said you think Naruto is "Meh", but you don't me dumbass statements like i see some people on here do daily. I respect someone like you and it seems you listen to each side anyways. Anyways, look at crackheads, drinking, etc… people make bad decisions in life and hurt people they love. IDK how thats bad writing at all. You have Men/Women who go back in demestic violence relationships parents warn them or disown them. People are flawed creatures and everyone is different.
I don't really see that as bad writing though. We see throughout the series that, while yes he was bonding more and more with Naruto and the crew… His one objective was always to kill his brother.
The ass beating he got from Itachi is what made him FORGET all the experience he's gained from his comrades and made him realize that doing all those things hasn't made him even CLOSE to defeating Itachi. Nothing changed.
Couple that with Naruto gaining strength rapidly, Sasuke was overwhelmed with jealousy and regret. It's not unheard of for someone to go off the deep end, even if they have friends constantly telling them to change.
oh thank you, i was about to write the exact samething. It's like you read my damn mind. (I know u hate that Boar) Also lets look at some pages to back up our point shall we Smore?
The first thing Sasuke says is he doesn't like anything and wants to ressurect his clan and kill Itachi. http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-004/page007.html This has been his goal for 4 years now.
Sasuke gets over his fear of Oro by thinking of the words his brother stiched in his mind. Must of caused him many sleepless nights thinking he will never surpass him. He even goes over how Itachi told him how to eventually beat him by using hatred. http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-049/page011.html
8 year old boy see's his whole clan murdered for no reason. Kishi showing Sasuke need for power to help protect his family that night. He was consumed by it.http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-055/page002.html
He goes apeshit to protect Sakura like it was his mom and Dad that night. He know gets a taste of the power he thinks he needed. http://read.mangashare.com/Naruto/chapter-055/page019.html
@Cyan:
He recapped how
SasukeFuckup got his developement made entirely worthless and how far the series fell once he got put in a jar.
ok so you want me to respond to that part? ok i will.
@THE:
He JUST did.
Oh my god…
I need to hug her before she sees this…
All he did was give me a summary of stuff i already know while making some funny jokes. He didn't do anything yet.
Going back to the Zoro training with baboons thing…
That's a really good idea, I hope Oda uses it. I'm still of the idea that if Zoro completes this training stuff and comes out stronger than Luffy, He's going to have a little bit of scuffle with him. I still think there was something going on in Zoro's mind back at TB after Kuma raped him.
Zoro will never be stronger then Luffy. Equal they will always be through. Zoro will never fight his captain and looks up to Luffy for guidence. I don't see them having a serious fight unless someone has one of them under mind-control or Deflamingo controls one. Even then, it won't be Luffy or Zoro fighting each other, but Flamingo controlling one.
It's one reason why I wanted to do the art first, because there is so fucking much to see from back then. Not only in comparison to the drab deathliness of part 2, but because on it's own, the art is an impressive sight. Even somewhat insignificant scenes are given a loving attention to detail, to the point that I just come out dismayed that it's turned into what it has.
I thought you said you would be at part 2 at this point. IDK why your giving me a summary of something i read already. Tell me why "Naruto sucks"
You are correct, and this was a personal slip-up. I was long overdue for sleep by the time I had started writing, and wasn't exactly what you'd call 'focused'. I highlighted Naruto's wish for appreciation later on, but it was a poor choice of words. Mostly I just wanted to emphasize a facet of his personality. I'll probably get around to editing it.
From the sound of it, you are right. We haven't reached anything seriously problematic yet, and won't really until the Part 2 area.
ok hurry up please
[qimg]http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/7600/narutoa.jpg[/qimg]
Alright then, when the series is called Naruto, and the main character is called Naruto, you know for a fact that it's not referencing a common addition to ramen.
Please, don't remind me what he eats.
Spoiler'd because Jumping Jesus it's long.
! Let us start with his youth. Naruto is a brash young punk, who's hobbies include defacing monuments, crossing genders, and being an all around ass. That's not to say he's friendless, just that his circle of friends is very, very small.
! [qimg]http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/6900/resolution.jpg[/qimg]
! Namely to the guy that buys him ramen. Also note the Yondaime's face sculpted into the mountain, and how it looks. But that's an issue for another time and place. Now, this is from the first chapter, often used as a firm ground to get exposition off and relay information to the audience. Kishimoto succeeds at this, and establishes the motive behind the yellow brat. I'm not sure whether it's a scan issue or not, but it's important to note that Naruto says he's going to 'surpass' all the previous Hokages. It also shows how he's a disrespectful little brat, with no reason for defacing monuments other than to prove that he'd wind up better than them in the future. and on the next page:
! [qimg]http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/1250/comingofage.jpg[/qimg]
! Have the village recognize his strength. If this is a scan issue, correct me, but Naruto's resolution won't necessarily be unfulfilled if he at least manages to become at least some incredibly important figurehead. What this last scene also implies, however, is that going through the prerequisite of being a ninja in the first place is a sign of maturation. Obviously what's required for this is going to vary by culture - graduating from school, taking responsibility for yourself, fucking your first time, taking a shit without crying - but for the purposes of Naruto, let's think of it as manhood.
! Generally you could say it means, as mentioned before, being responsible, as well as taking needed action for new events in your life, and being able to cope with those events in an appropriate manner. There's more to it obviously, but this isn't the place on an essay for adulthood. We'll get back to this, shortly.
! Later on in the first chapter, after Mizuki makes his ploy to get the scroll containing the Shadow Clone technique:
! [qimg]http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/6991/sacrificed.jpg[/qimg]
! Despite what Shonen manga may tell you, having a giant blade in your back right by your spine really fucking hurts, and is going to cause some bleeding_._ Seeing something like that happen to the only friend you've had throughout your miserable life that is actively out to hate you and ostracize you because you were the unfortunate toddler filled with a nasty orange fox while being painted in his blood is not exactly what someone would call a pleasant experience. And I should mention Naruto only learns about this little problem inside him after being derided for it by someone who'd been trying his best to seem like he was interested in helping out, something which likely reinforces Naruto's belief that the village hates him, especially after he'd stolen a forbidden object.
! When someone's thirteen or fourteen, I'd say that's a whole lot of monkey you've gotta sponge in. In today's world, shit like this more than likely fucks you up. Of course, Naruto's world isn't ours, even though it often feels like it at times.
! I'm rambling, though. He reacts to all this by running, though not very far. He then gets depressed and doubtful until Iruka, in one clean swoop, disposes of all anxieties and fears Naruto believed he might have held about him.
! [qimg]http://dl01.mangashare.com/manga/Naruto/001/045.jpg[/qimg]
! Tears of joy? You certainly can't say they're melancholic, but I digress. The page speaks for itself, and it's understandable where he's coming from with his reaction, in hearing something truly, characteristically positive from another human being.
! He then becomes the boy with the toys like the soldiers into Troy, and beats the shit out of Mizuki. Even after listening to Iruka, it would take a hell of a lot of bravado to muster the response that he did with:
! [qimg]http://img828.imageshack.us/img828/6351/payback.jpg[/qimg]
! And then Naruto's life turns, just a little bit for the brighter. Why was all this important? Mostly because it's the sort of event in your life you remember, remember, and never forget. It has a much bigger impact than simply lessons learned and things discovered, almost to the point of being a paradigm shift. And not like the kind where an author suddenly decides to shift themes (yes, this is a big deal), the kind that comes from hazardous moments like this, that we can clearly see serve to bolster someone's state of mind. How it might have ended up is not an issue. What matters is that it was resolved as it was, and that there should be some consistency with that part of Naruto's life. Because what we've just seen here is someone who can take the fact that he's an aberration and persevere through that, the murderous loathing able to be felt by nearly every villager, and what all that amounted to in the past, and will in the future.
! How well this has been accomplished will actually be demonstrated later. Like Kishimoto, I decided to use this as a grounds for establishing future installments. So then… a little over five hundred chapters to go.[qimg]http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/7642/ohnoz.jpg[/qimg]
Holy goats on pogo sticks, Deidara and Temari are Leaf Ninjas!
And Neji's gay!
Why did you just give us a summary of chapter 1?
going to bed its 2:19 later guys boar we will continue this later.
The Deidara Sasuke fight was what I was referring to. I didn't pose a question, but being rude to another member for something that didn't refer to you is . . . Quite frankly, not like you.
I was getting to that eventually, which i did. I don't skip posts or ignore people. I normally get ganged up on, so you have to give me time to respond.
Really? Really now?
After the shitload of massive chakra consuming techniques he used, you're telling me Sasuke wouldn't be exhausted of Chakra.
So, whats your excuse for pulling off those techniques ~10 feet from the source of the blast in a single fucking second and managing to escape?
He wasn't that exhausted after beating down deidara. It was pretty obvious when he summoned Manda. He went inside Manda who took the majority of the blast. The blast still hit manda, so he wasn't that fast.
Guys just keep on sipping on the Naruto haterade. It's a good series as is Bleach. Sasuke's a great villain and Sasuke, Naruto, Orochimaru are symbolic of Eve, Adam, and the snake repectively. And Aizen's new seraph form symbolizes how he's closer to achieving godhood.
why did they temp ban you? Ip ban seemed more appropriate for someone like you.
@Mr.:
What about Ten-ten?
ten ten is a filler character. Mangas have these if u haven't notice.
We KNOW what happened.
What makes it bullshit is that he did it instantaneously all right next to the starting point of the blast while so exhausted of chakra that he couldn't even stand up.
When did Sasuke say he was exhausted by chakra? When characters are exhausted or can't do much, they normally say it with a thinking bubble. The only thinking bubble that came up was Deidara Assuming he was tired. Characters fall down and get up all the time and do way more things then Sasuke does.
I thought the ending to the Sasuke vs. Deidara match was proof enough of the decay of this manga.
What exactly do you speak of. Why did i bother asking, your probably talking about how Sasuke excaped the blast. Ok, This was establish wayy back when, Jman thought naruto summoning Jutsu. Jman said summoning jutsu is a S/T jutsu. Sasuke simply summoned Manda,used his sharingan on him, went to where mando stays until suigestu summoned him back. Mando took most of the blast before leaving and die. You want the page of Jman stating this? http://www.mangareader.net/93-97-14/naruto/chapter-92.html
