Eh, even if it's expensive I reckon you should get the magma version. These effects are pretty popular for good reason, they really heighten the cool factor on any action figure imo, and non-action figures even. Not to mention magma would look good with characters like Akainu!

^ Isn't it releasing at the end of October? You might be able to find it cheaper later. The magma version looks super cool though, and the pieces are huge if the other accessories like the flames are any indication.

I've been watching this discontent go on for months (especially on mfc); this seems like it's beyond a distribution problem of the Sentinel Levi days. It's flat out dishonesty and a belligerent attitude to boot. I'm sure 1up was a good seller (and still is to some) but freaking seriously, get your act together dude, or take a break to sort through the unresolved issues.

I quite like the shorts outfit tbh. At least, it looks way more comfy and practical than the bikinis she has appeared in.

I keep getting distracted by how long Meta Knight's arms look. I guess the shoulder pads prevent them from being shorter, but imagine where they fit into his gloves and then compare them to Kirby's arms… like noodles!

It's pretty funny they kept her legs visible like that in the shot, but if you have a pretty handkerchief or something you could throw it over her legs as a blanket. If they release human Kyros with Rebecca they might make for a really cute setup, if you like em enough to spend the dosh anyway.

I do kinda wonder if Megahouse would have bothered with the cast off on Momo if there wasn't a pervy face included. I think they should've used the extra pvc for his dragon form at any rate.

Congratulations!! I understand you pretty well. I think FAZ sculpts are better than POPs for almost every character. Only few exceptions. Too bad the quality is not on par or else I'll be crazy, buying them. I realized that I tend to dislike every POP Ajiken does the most. I'm tired of his emotionless faces and Perona is not an exception. Lucky for me, Megahouse is starting to get new blood for POPs and giving Ajiken less figures. I hope that aweful Cavendish is the last of his POP. I'm so disappointed with it…

Thanks! Yeah, I agree about Ajiken. Perona's got a different face and an interesting outfit so it doesn't seem as bland at first, but when I tried to put her with my other scale figures something was just off. Same thing happened with Shirahoshi; pristine yet dull. I don't know about other FAZ, but despite the lines not always being as clean the colours look just as good on the Perona FAZ as they do on the POP. Hopefully Cavendish will get a stylish FAZ!

I put some crap quality comparison shots on mfc, with Moria too. No close ups on the face though; the POP is undeniably more photogenic there. xD

I got myself my first FAZ! It's Perona Thriller Bark version. It's funny, I saw close ups of her face and thought it was super ugly, but then saw it in store on display a few days later and… that sassy pose, much better character than the POP, and despite the slightly funky nose it just looked so nice I bought her! And now I'm replacing her POP with it, even though the POP was one of my fave figures back when I bought it. Tastes can be so fickle can't they?

I actually loved the rushed pace of Sabo cleaning up and getting the fruit. But bleh, the Usopp thing would've been awesome if it wasn't a complete copy of Buggy's scenario, and if he'd done something to earn that victory. He's supposed to be becoming a brave warrior, not a phony. :I

Aside from the Gumby legs, I'm feeling surprisingly positive about the new designs, Tails and Amy look great. But I hate the new Knuckles, which is super annoying because he's my favourite. Why's he gotta be so giant?!

I also like that they seem to be focusing on the classic four - and no Shadow in sight! (Yet.)

I know it's no scaled but maybe it would look cool anyway not to mention "nendo style" figures tend to get othersized weapons or obviously downsized characters body.
A AForce scissors would be awsome or a 3d printed stuff.

The scissors are removable, however the handle holes are too small to put on any of the POP's fingers. The scissors are about the size of his hand, so it doesn't look too impressive anyway, unfortunately.

As for Rebecca, never underestimate Megahouse's ability to put a g-string in there! Surely even Barbie-style bareness would be too odd.

Instead of doing that kind of stuff over a third person, just send another kind mail to Hiromi and inquire about the status of your order/s. Sometimes things get delayed on his end and given the number of people he has to deal with, it's only normal for him to take a few more days every now and then. He's also only a human being. Like I said, just ask him instead of making it public here where a.) Hiromi can't read it and b.) it makes his service look bad for no real reason.

Well, yeah, I should clarify that I'm not particularly worried or anything- Hiromi is usually super reliable and helpful and I know he's a busy guy. But personally I was curious to know if anyone else was having trouble getting through to him (I did send reminders about it) as he seems to have fallen behind a bit. I'm sure it will be sorted without problems.

The next three years with PM Abbott should be interesting indeed. IMO, in any other election Abbott would not have been voted in; there were better candidates even among conservatives. But the Labor party has been fucking around backstabbing each other and squabbling for the past term, so despite Abbott being anti-gay marriage and a goof etc, it's not a surprise this happened. Even as someone who dislikes Abbott, I'm not sorry to see Rudd (current PM) go and Labor put in time out. Hell at least Abbott will give us some laughs (even if pay for them with stagnant shitty policies).
