I just dont get it

I've been watching One Piece for a while (as in catching up and watching at least 20 episodes a day [spring break]) and finally decided to join

Before I do anything I never got this joke: Everyone is discussing Arlong and Brook says "What? Arlong? Just kidding, I've never had Arlong before?"
Anyone wanna explain? :c

I would think that I could figure it out because it plays pretty often, but i cant :sad:
