When Franky was fighting with Fukurou he didn't have enough cola and his hair went down. In the opening it was normal.

Sadly, since ep. 178 VLC is not handling the episodes correctly and they're all glitchy. So yeah, for those who can't watch the new eps, the best option now is download the newest codecs and reencode into avi. Or wait for someone to do that.
