RE: One Piece 416 by Lance-HorribleSubs
I wish they'd fix this animation glitch at the bottom. Here you can see it give Boa Hancock a new chin..
She's a Pharaoh.

RE: One Piece 414 by UTSF! >:3
Out of curiosity, does a QC check and fix spelling/grammatical errors or just general playback?

RE: One Piece 413 by UTSF!
The sounds of people speaking in their heads?
I dunno, it seems related somehow. The sisters' ability to read Luffy's actions felt almost exactly like when they fought with the really (REALLY) annoying bouncy guy back on Upper Yard.

I think Lucci's was just that special CP9 training he got (Tekkai or something?)
The battle between the sisters reminded me of back on Sky Island, with Enel and that bouncy guy using mantra to read attacks. Does haki=mantra?

Does "Haoshoku Haki" literally translate into "King's Disposition?" Will(power) sounds better in my opinion.
ie. King's Will (Will of the King? :P )

by ALSF(it's gonne be the name for a while, dont ask why)
edit:Clicking the link takes you to episode 405. :S
E: Oooh, 'Subbing Force' :O Sounds nice, can't wait to watch it.
E2: ALSF's grammar is noticeably worse than the normal releases. No space was used after an exclamation mark, so it it seemed a little bunched.
I found it strange how Gomu Gomu no Mi got a TL note in the pirate-age bit, but kintama and hebihime both went without. And the watermark, which was there for the whole episode, was a bit of a turn off too.

RE: How should Fansubs be made?
I don't believe that there is a definite way to fansub that is going to please everyone, that's impossible. What I think to be the most important thing to consider is consistency.
When I go through a series like OP that has had so many phases of groups, I tend to always try to look for the team the most like Kaizoku because I have grown used to the way Kaizoku did their subbing.
The same is the same with nearly every other anime for me. I've watched Bleach releases by Dattebayo since episode 50, and if they were ever to cease, I would immediately look for a group that translates and presents in a similar fashion to them.
I guess what my useless ranting is trying to say is that series-specific consistency to me, is more important than one group's policies in comparison to another's and which 'work' better.
