For urashima casket i think 2 possibilities..
1. Another ancient weapon..
2. Not age related.. But size related.. It will shrink shirahoshi body to normal size.. So that she can join strawhat.. End of problem related size..

for me crew role pretty important.. Well.. I don't want to see any crew do nothing on board.. Just like some kind of parasite.. Not doing anything for sake of nakama..

Helmsman fine by me rather than doing nothing..

Why do they need a Helsman? They seemed to be doing just fine without one. It wasn't an obvious need like when they needed a cook, doctor or carpenter. Franky seems to do well enough since he knows the ship best.

I agree with you Hodi. They need a Fishmen. I think a mermaid might be a tad hindering though. I still hope for a female fishmen but we haven't seen a hint of one in this arc so it will probably be another male.

well.. If helmsman not needed by them.. What do you suggest for the next crew role?

"Monster Threesome" doesn't sound all that great either. Regardless, I'd expect a new powerful crew member to be funneled in with the likes of Franky and Robin.
