Was gonna go for a rooster look (simply for Luffy to call her out on it and whatever), then a macaw, but finally settled on this.

I not sure why, but I get a real Blue Velvet vibe from Mone and M, guess it's the gas/gasmask thing, who knows!

I don't know if this has already been posted but this link should take you to the first half of Yellow RAW.
