Caramel and Carmel is the same exact thing in English. You use them differently depending on the sentence structure.

Her hunger rage is much different than the despair she fills when someone touches the photo. We saw her hunger rage twice. She just ate two cooks souls a chapter ago to fulfill it after the cake exploded. The photo is a different thing all together. The agony cry is photo specific.

Jinbe and Pedro can apparently instantly leave their encounters with no consequence. Capone can casually spend his time freeing Luffy and announcing his betrayal, despite Katakuri being a few metres away. Even Sanji, who is still fighting, is not dogpiled but rather engaged in a 1 on 1 fight, as Big Moms pirates appear to follow Assasins Creed encounter rules. What, are everyone else, from Mont D'or to Smoothie engaged with capturing confirmed Luffy-decoys offscreen?

All in all, despite being severely outnumbered by the top brass of a top tier pirate crew in a very compact area with minimal distractions (like I said earlier, the fake Luffys already feel pointless), the protagonists have altogether too much breathing room and freedom, which undermines the tension and the credibility of their opponents.

The fake luffy's were suppose to be a decoy for a bit but Luffy ruined that plan. Katkuri attacked the real luffy, Big Mom yelled at him about that. Then the whole thing with Jinbe happened. Big Mom was directly attacking luffy and Jimbe this chapter. Then it became a free for all, with Jimbe getting jumped by 3 people. Sanji getting attack by genie in a belt and pudding. Luffy was tackled and held by Capone. The vinsmokes are surrounded with guns to their heads. It is not like they(big mom pirates) are not doing anything. They But yeah, Jinbe and Pedro retreat does seem a little odd. Mont d'or was with pudding. They have not shown Smoothie.

I am not sure if they are out numbered by the "top brass". We have Katkuri, Smoothie, Big Mom, Genie belt and Oven. Candy man, the oldest son is dealing with the vinsmokes. Those are only the top brass they I see are there, I could be wrong tho.

The big problem with the Big Mom crew is that, logically, they should be a tidal wave of powerful people converging to crush the Straw Hats this very moment, yet they can't, because then theres no story. So you end up with stufff like Katakuri slooooooowly walking towards Capone and Luffy across three pages, while Bege lets Luffy go, shouts about his plan, summons Pedro and Jinbe, and Luffy collectes the picture. Thats not "split second surprises, catching him reasonably off guard", thats Katakuri being made horribly inefficient for the sake of the story.

Ironic, every single straw hat that came out of the cake was attacked. Pedro was attacked. Jimbe was attacked. Luffy was attacked. Sanji was attacked. Brook got his head cut off. So what exactly do you mean? They were jumped on. They just have not been overpowered yet because they aren't weak.

I don't think he - or anyone - could be so precise as to determine the direction of a bullet in that time span. Remember, Katakuri has to act in a very short time, because like Bege, Big Mom needs everything to go smoothly within seconds in order to execute her assassination plan and not cause any unnecessary chaos. Sanji needed to be dead right then and there, and when Katakuri saw that he'd dodge a bullet headed his way, there wasn't much he could do in that time other than assume the bullet would come from the gun-unholstering minister and that he would be the one to make the mistake. Very different circumstances than when he was casually lazing about on top of the wall and being able to pay mind to anything that interested him.

If he can't be that precise because of such circunstance then his ability is useless in battle, you seem to be
downplaying his ability, I think he sees as clearly in any situation.

If you are battling somebody and try to see the future too much. You are going to miss what's happening right in front of you. Plus he gets flashes of the future, it's not a continuous stream. If it was, he wouldn't be able to function in the present.

Naw just the fodder will faint from conqueror haki. I guess we will see tho. This is going to be fun.
