I know it's just a manga, but still, it is interesting that people do not see a real evil when it stares them in the face; yet are enraged by trivial character quirks. This is probably why the world looks the way it does.

Criticism of literary works such as this is pretty much subjective. One can like something in One Piece and another can dislike it equally.

So is praise of them or even simply discussing them; yet no one seems to have problem with it. Hell, there is a whole forum dedicated to subjective discussion about One Piece.

Whether intentionally or not, Oda makes a good point:
An utopia "where all races of the world can live in harmony without discrimination,prejudice or segregation" is precisely that: An utopia; a foolish dream that will always end with terror and a blood-bath.
It would be interesting if the message of Mig Bum arc would be this.

Ki/Chi is a concept used by a culture that had no understanding of physics to describe things they coudlnt see.
That is why 'Ki' refers to such physically different things as air(breath), mental states, emotions, electricity, punching power etc.
That is why 'Ki' doesn't really have a definition; because 'Ki' usually just means 'something is going on that I cannot see nor understand'.

As a metaphysical/scientific term it is laughable.

I believe that by now she is the proud holder of the 'most protected character in OP' prize; beating even Shirahoshi. / Sabo, the most annoying character in OP, finally appears / The pacing in this arc definitelly seems off; things feel both rushed and anti-climatic (similar to Punk Hazard); I hope Oda will be still able to mend it somehow
