Uma. The one being referred to as a negator on the last page was Ichico.

The closest we ever got to a Chrono Trigger anime (aside from the PSX cutscenes):
Not to mention there really wasn't much that Kizaru did that warranted meaningful revenge. While, yes, he did rough Zoro up a bit but that was it, Rayleigh kept him occupied from then on. The pacifistas inflicted the most overall damage, Sentomaru was more of a blatant hindrance to their escape and Kuma was the one and only that made everyone separate.

Gyokko, baby-armed mouth-eyes demon that Muichiro fights is number 5.
@Captain-M said in Chapter 1070: The Strongest Form Of Humanity:
I'm not a huge fan of the Love Love power still working so well on the child S-Snake. Yuck. I would say we need a soft retcon of what kind of emotional response can trigger the fruit's power, but the faces of the government agents don't leave much up for interpretation. Unless that group was Cipher Pol's designated gulag squad of degenerates, there should be no reason that many grown men in one place should have that kind of reaction to a literal child.
You can most certainly have more possible interpretations of that kind of face, after all, Franky had that same reaction just last chapter when his idol Vegapunk appeared.
I, myself, have never bought into the theory that mero mero requires a sexual attraction element to function and this chapter only makes that belief stronger. As far as I'm aware, the condition has never been concretely defined and is more broad than you'd think, covering a variety of contexts from: lust (your typical adult male reacting to adult Hancock) to idol worship (Amazon Lily) to 'Awww, such a cutie!' type reaction usually reserved for kids, dogs, cats and similar (this chapter's Hancock).
Tried some myself when I visited Kumamoto. Not bad.
Chapter 737:

It's not a matter of praise but the opposite. The main takeaway was that the plan was an unethical one that took the homes away from thousands of Zhao's own citizens.
What Futei was saying to Kaine was, "Don't just blame Shunsuiju for this strategy, Riboku was the one that gave it his approval in the end"
Riboku wasn't getting the credit but the accountability of having enacted it.
This year was not good towards the 'queens' (both in the figurative and literal sense) over 90.
The latest chapter is 206 so we're almost 40 chapters behind in the scanlations

From what I can understand, it's the Kingdom military equivalent of "getting into the zone", that serendipitous hot steak of good plays that athletes can sometimes reach.
In this instance, their "coach" (Ousen) was ridiculously expecting it to happen in lieu of doing his job and issuing actual orders.
The real surprise is they never got around to doing Orson Welles considering they had Maurice Lamarche on hand, but maybe between the Critic and Animaniacs they felt he was doing that kind of role too much and avoided the temptation.
They had Welles in an episode (Lrrreconcilable Ndndifferences)
Man, I really don't remember that chapter all that much. Either it didn't make any impression on me or my question wasn't as rhetoric as I thought and I actually missed it..
Did I miss a chapter or something? This dark-skinned elf is… who and from where?
So we went from a manga that made fun of villains following prophecies of destruction (Boros arc) to the hero being prophetized to destroy villains. Not cool.
That mural pic is not of Saitama
That's it with the shield. Offense is too low, which I know is what is supposed to be here in exchange for defense, but too frustrating. Definitely didn't feel like a tank.
Imo, any weapon can be highly offensive when the right boons/upgrades are picked suited to your playstyle.
I like to dash-strike (in fact, my initial playstyle with the bow was that instead of shooting), so using Poseidon boons turns my character into a humanoid bumper car/battering ram on a shield run.
Going retro lately and playing/finishing games I've been meaning to for a while. Finished Suikoden 2, currently on Lunar SSSC and playing Lunar 2 next.
Depending on how it's calculated, it doesn't necessary need a lot of people to change the ranks.
Hypothetically if it's a percentage based off a rounded-up votes-per-day average, then a character with a 1-vote-per-day average would just happen to get 2 or 3 votes which the system would perceive as a +100% or +200%, propelling them to the top.
1st. Paulie, 2nd. Franky, 3rd. Robin in Africa
lol Paulie gets his revenge for the snub all those years ago.
Muh boy Franky killing it in Africa.
Currently first and frequently making its top 3.
When it's all over, hopefully we get separated final rankings per continent as well.
To add to the above:
Vivi 2nd and Carrot 3rd in LatAm
Beckham 2nd and Mihawk 3rd in Europe
Going Merry 2nd and Rayleigh 3rd in Middle East
Nami 1st and Katakuri 3rd in Africa
@Zar:
Ulti has breached North America! Only one I'm miss seeing now is Vivi, I want her to get into top 3 at least once!
Already happened

Not only that but possibly different per person or per region.
This is what comes up for North America for me.
!
Okay, now this site is starting to get interesting. Be on the lookout for unique rankings and share.
Good.
We have official, free, day of release on the official websites, worldwide!, there is absolutely no need for the bootleg sites anymore unless they cover older more obscure material that never gets translated. We don't need crooks getting ad revenue off the new weeklies days before the actual release..
JB stopped doing jump series about a year ago and up until now have been scanlating slightly more obscure manga and web series.
Well i hope that you are proud of your childish commentary big man; you sure proved everyone wrong!
Everyone? You're the one I'm arguing against.
Some people certainly think Murata writes the whole thing but very few think Murata is some kind of arrogant jerk who tries to force/scare One into giving up complete control. Forgive me but I like to think that both One and Murata are nice, decent people.
I'll admit that Murata has most likely had input on the series from the start (the artist not able to contribute ideas of their own is highly unlikely) but until One/Murata say otherwise, One's the writer. They've both been fairly transparent about their roles so far.
@Silence:
So much discussion of this series revolves around whether ONE or Murata is a top or bottom, it’s really quite something.
Haha, yeah. If I had known being able to draw really well was such an alpha male trait I would worked on the craft a lot more.
Partnerships evolve and it does not mean that because it started as One having complete control of the writing that it is still the case today. One confirmed that Murata has had creative control for something like the Phoenix Man fight so that already makes your narrative look weak.
"Being allowed to write the later half of a throwaway fight of a throwaway villain"
is a far cry from
"Murata dictates the direction of the redraw".
Perhaps Murata will dabble in the writing process again the future? Who knows. Hopefully he won't have to slap One across the face with his big swinging dick covered in his entourage of sexy girls to make it happen (or however you like to imagine it). LOL
You are the only one who thinks that. A lot of the appeal of the series is Murata's superb art. He is as much responsible for the series exploding in popularity as One.
Murata's art is one half of the equation.
One's premise and writing is the other. This alone was able to allow OPM to garner a considerable amount of popularity even before the team up.
Murata knows this (he wouldn't have approached One if this wasn't the case) and I doubt he'll jeopardize this balance by trying to commandeer the writing duties.
I think it's because of the Phoenix monster chapters, where Murata overpowered this guy, before redrawing the fight into a more comedic and introspective.
Now we'll see if Murata'll keep those Godorochipsykos fights, or if he'll redraw all this fight into something else…
What is this strange image people have built up with Murata, as if he were some sort of celebrity chad?
Murata doesn't have the leverage to make One do anything.
Seems like this pandemic will produce a new summer look: the Hermit.
@.access:
Btw, who was Sakurai referring to when he said if you google spring man you get a villain from a certain manga?
Most likely:
https://kinnikuman.fandom.com/wiki/Springman
What it looks like is that Murata was no longer satisfied just redrawing the webcomic and decided that he was going to give himself creative control. One is either too in awe or just intimidated by Murata's status to turn down his changes so he goes along with it.
Incredibly unlikely. ONE has ultimate creative control over the manga and probably only gave Murata a bone because it's a fairly irrelevant battle.
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!????

That's fairly old news that's appeared on page one.
Your initial reaction to the death is also there lol
Somehow, you're taking this a lot harder this second time round.
You guys might consider it fine, but for me it's lazy and superficial.
It helps to not expect Hawks to pull off the miraculous task of setting up a very convenient environment that's both indetectable and cannot be interfered with, lure Twice there beforehand without raising suspicion and do it all within enemy territory.
One way or another, Hawks was always going to face off against Twice with the threat of someone coming in hanging over his head. That's why he did it under the best conditions he could manage to mitigate the risk. That he was caught was simply bad luck on his part, not stupidity.
To not be in the situation where he can get attacked from behind like that.
Hawks did not have the affordance of picking the place and circumstances of facing against Twice.
"Sorry Twice, could you do me a solid and we'll move somewhere else so that none of your friends show up as we battle"
The compound was distracted by the hero attack, Twice was alone and separated from everyone else. Hawks had no choice but to take the opportunity or lest Twice joins the fight.
His back was turned away from open door most of the time he was in there.
I believe that's called 'putting yourself between the target and exit to prevent their escape'. Or did you mean Hawks should have always been facing the door while apprehending Twice behind him.
The wall the flame came out was next to the door. He was sloppy. He was dumbed down.
Does that matter? Dabi and his point of attack was still hidden behind the wall and Hawks was distracted by something that needed his full attention: finishing off Twice while he was making one last desparate attack.
So… careless?
Don't have to be a genius to take into account the fact you're inside enemy base and in an area where you could be surprised easily. Which ended up happening. I was on edge entire chapter, expecting he might get attacked from behind, looking at his wings getting smaller and smaller but it never occurred to him he's in a shitty spot if one of the enemies, which this base is full of, suddenly comes knocking.
Again, if this was any other character, sure. You don't build a master schemer and tactician and then have him surprised in such a simplistic manner.
So exactly what should have been Hawks' counteract against a giant blue fireball coming out of the wall in an instant?
Well no matter how good of spy Hawks happened to be it silly to gather most of the PLF in one place.
Most of the PLF live in Deika City so it's not strange at all.
Skeptic is the owner of a major tech company and for months didn’t screen any anomalous movement from the heroes side.
I doubt that he simply had the means to just spy on whoever he wanted at any time, espcially with the Safety Commission in the know and wary of him (being able to spy on Hawks alone involved him getting consensually bugged).
Not to mention, urgh Chisaki throwing away all of his organization for the sake of escaping with Eri and a case of bullets and antidote, not only doming the organization he was trying to save but losing all the useful quirk users he had.
Sacrificing all of the resources to retain the asset that will let him recoup his losses many times over seems fairly legit to me.
I feel a little disappointed on how Hori builds up his villains fo they end being completely incompetent. I know that it works for Shigi because he is supposed to be Deku's evil foil, but for the rest, only AFO and Dr. Ujiko proven to be somewhat competent.
Someone did something incompetent?

Throughout the manga, Houken has really only shown one type of face: an aggressive one at whatever is in front of him. There have been varying degrees of it, from stoney resting bitch-face to noisy horse scarer, but it's the same regardless. If there's been anything else (I think he may have expressed surprise once or twice) it's been brief and unimportant enought to stick in the memory.
Kyoukai wins if only through the fact that she's shown to be capable to react to situations in at least different ways (like most characters).
I wouldn't say that for certain. For many serializations, there should be ways to naturally extend the story and still be good and that should be possible for KnY given the way its overall plot is structured.
Meh, and Deku continues to get Bullshit power ups. Flight has never been a game changer in these type of stories, so I wonder why the author chose to go that route
Probably because of that very reason you just said; because it's not a game changer.
So far the quirks have been presented as supportive and not very strong on their own. Float itself is simply provides an ability Deku would have eventually gotten anyway as he gets closer to 100%, only sooner and less dangerous to the surroundings.
Maybe Sweet Mask simply doesnt know the criteria to get in S. If you can make it without being strong enough I dont think it makes sense but at this point we are just running circle.
No its pretty clear cut.
Sweet Mask stays in rank 1 to act as a barrier to S rank to ensure that anyone that cannot outperform him won't get a chance at S (this is blantantly said within the manga). He also acts as advisor to the hero rank evaluation commitee, further creating obstacles to S as he and the commitee need to give final approval to a rank up.
So its very unlikely that someone can become a S rank just by dealing with a bunch of Tiger level threats.
Jump series of the decade has to go to BnHa , consistently strong through out the years.
Kimetsu enjoyed moderate success but will never reach BnHa.
TPN started strong but completely fell over and will not be remembered that strongly.
Black Clover is the highlight in terms of expectations and popularity boom.
What kind of metric are you using exactly? Because wouldn't call KnY's success so much as moderate as I would tremendous.
This is a level of an anime-boost not seen since 2013 with Attack on Titan.
Pretty sure he never 'gave up', he most likely would have still been actively trying to surpass AM even up to the incident. The plan with his children was probably something to fallback on.
Edit: Just one thing I didn't get, at which point did he apply the acid to Nyan's face?
From how I interpret it, the acid was poured into the surrounding holes beforehand (perhaps during the doughnuts).
