The fight is heating up, but Episode 305 is going to head straight into a flashback, because everyone needs to be reminded that the pigeon guy is really not very nice. Maybe he still resents getting picked last for dodge ball.

It is just some edit of 10 seconds or something. Not a big deal. Those who complain just take this matter way too seriously. If they don`t like it then go find somewhere else. I believe those who complain still archive K-F episode in their DVD / HDD. Thanks to K-F I can watch One Piece for a great quality.

And I agree with what dreamer said, K-F, Vegapunk and Yibis are the best fansubs out there. I can`t say a thing about the gap between Vegapunk and Yibis. I like flashy subtitle, so maybe my taste is not the same with yours. And since K-F and Vegapunk overlapping each other, you can pick either K-F or Vegapunk. It is all yours

Back when we released episode 200, it was a monumental milestone for us in fansubbing history – The first group to sub 200 episodes of a show!

We apologize for the delay on this episode. The staff has been busy and our encoder has a new full-time job, but life goes on! After 298 is Movie 8, so we have a lot of work to do, but also we should have some new HD releases and rehauls sprinkled throughout as well.

Why don`t you watch it on Global TV (if you are Indonesian)? The RCTI dub is better than Global, but it is the only Indonesian dub available

Yes, now ADC is completely replaced. As far as replacing Vegapunk, I will mostly stay out of that discussion except to say that our first few releases were far below K-F quality, although we steadily improved. I can't argue with K-F's overall quality as far as providing polished releases with almost no mistakes, but some people may prefer VP's style and effects. And of course VP definitely has a better title font (which K-F is more than welcome to use, but I doubt they will for reasons of consistency with their early releases, pride, or due to the fact that the guy who made it for us forgot to add an apostrophe…).

As for me, I have to hang on to the VP releases to make sure they don't disappear forever, but I am definitely rewatching all of the episodes as K-F releases them.

yeah, I love VP`s title font. It match perfectly. btw, SakuraDestiny. If you could, please clean some of your PM. I want to ask some help.

It's not like Toei has ever followed a real pattern for when they switch openings, so it's kind of impossible to tell unless they say something themselves… I would assume we'll see a new one once they get to chapter 498, though.

you mean chapter 598?

Im sure the new opening will be at eps 490s (I predict at 489) because opening 13 wont be suitable anymore (ace and WB are already dead) for the rest of episode. there is Sabo, and maybe Rayleigh, the rest of SH and the supernova

One Piece episode 288 is now released!

As some of you may have been aware, one of Fuji TV's secondary stations, Fuji-BS, has been re-running One Piece from the start for a while now. And, just a few weeks ago, they reached episode 207.

The significance of this is that 207 was when One Piece began being animated, and airing, in high definition (and widescreen). The first time around, nobody actually bothered to capture HD raws, though, all the way until episode 261 - more than 50 episodes! But this time, someone was paying attention.

And it is because of that someone – namely, mahoutsukai with the raws group TV-Japan -- that we are able to redo those episodes the way they're meant to be viewed!

No pesky seizure warning, 1080p source raws, and a TV station logo that has been run through filters to make it nearly invisible. Along with a slightly touched up and updated script, what more could you ask for!?

It is our intention to re-release every episode from 207 to 261 in 720p, while of course continuing to provide new releases with no slow-down.

So a huge thanks to TV-Japan and mahoutsukai! If you get the chance, join their channel, #TV-Japan@irc.rizon.net, and tell them that you love them!
