Sorry if someone has mentioned this before, and i'm almost certain they will have. But while the flashback on Fredence was going on, talking about how much stuff was made from 'Amber Lead'. It made me think about all the household items we used to make from Radium, coupled with the interest of the World Government in the stuff, could 'Amber Lead' have been used to create a 'Nuclear' weapon? Pluton perhaps?

I can see Sabo entering the competition in Luffy's place to win the Mera Mera fruit, now that Luffy has gone off to protect his friends.

I know all too well how much anxiety can affect peoples lives with my GF having suffered from it badly in the past.
Focus on getting better and you never know, when you find yourself with some time, you may just think to yourself, 'Hey, I've got a couple of days free, I might catch up on the last 100+ chapters of One Piece!'

He has the same kind of hat (kasa) that Ace gave to Oars Jr., which supposedly comes from the Wano Country. And there is that skull that resembles an "Oars"-head + the Jolly Roger on the gate… I don't know - it would be interesting if these things are connected somehow.

I'm really liking this arc so far! I wasn't blown away by it in the manga but the comradery between the 3 flows really well in the anime I find.

I'm surprised they've added Naguri as a teacher for the 3 brothers since in the canon it is implied that they learnt all their skills themselves by living in the forest/fighting in the Gray Terminal/Bandits.
I'm doubly surprised that they have a filler character using CoC! Haha

Loving the animation and comedy elements so far this arc too!

It's really nice to hear mention of Arlong in this chapter, it felt as though Fishman Island was becoming too much of a departure from the One Piece world.
It's tied everything back in quite nicely for me.

Also, shit is gonna go down veeeery soon considering Hodi, Vander Decken and their crews are on standby to attack.

I completely see where you're coming from too, but I feel that when the series settles back down into relative normality after the crew has been re-united for 15-20 chapters the old magic will come back to the series.

I was a bit bummed about the similarities with Roger too, but I also trust Oda to make good the story behind it, as he has done every other time i've doubted him.

I will remind you that Bon-chan was not wearing kairoseki cuffs, nor was he bound or held in any way at the moment when we left him last. If there was chaos, or even if the people in the control room took their attention off of Bon-chan for a split second, he could easily have turned himself into any one of dozens of ordinary jailkeeps that work there–I'm sure he fought (and therefore touched) several, so he had their info--slipped out of the room during the scramble, hid until the marines turned up, maybe turned into an ordinary marine later, gotten on to a ship, and voila, he's out.

Fan-fic? Sure, 'cause it's not cannon--but this or something similar is definitely possible, given Bon's DF power and the fact that BB was still in ID creating havoc after Luffy left.

I don't think your idea about Magellan could work because he ended up in the hospital after BB was through with him–but if Bon didn't escape I suppose it could be a theory. Problem is, he'd soon find out Bon knows nothing about Luffy or the escaped prisoners, and that'd be the end of that.

I do not personally believe that Bon-chan is dead, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if we see him turn up again some time.

I DO like your theory though, I could see Bon slipping away in the confusion, but can't imagine that Magellan would let him get away so easily after being in such close quaters with him.

I wonder if Bon Kurei / Mr2 actually survived?
It'll be interesting to see how he managed to get out of his predicament.
Maybe Magellen if using him for information on tracking down Luffy and the escaped convicts?

He passes down information to them, such as not to say, do, or show something that will create a plot hole or something down the line. But he isn't crafting his manga for the fucking anime.

I think you've misread…
He isn't saying Oda does this intentionally for the anime, only the the case is that the anime has more freedom to insert fanservice because of poorer pacing.

ANYWAY!
Having spent the last 7 months (Well, ending in May) of my life in Whistler, Canada my friend/housemate has finally finished editing together the 'Season Movie' with all the footage he managed to get.

Personally I think he's done an amazing job with it!
I can't help but smile and remember all the awesome times we had
