This poll looks like it was done among 12 year olds who only watch the anime. Especially for the lower part. Baratie, Little Garden and Drum are way more underrated than Enies Lobby is overrated.
Also it's pretty dumb to include "post Marineford", "post Enies Lobby" and "return to Sabaody", in my opinion. You just can't compare those to Alabasta or Skypiea.
