That is true, the books could be small like the FMA artbooks that came with the dvds or the Witchblade ones. Either way, at least it's something, something is always better than nothing.

With Collection Seven using Robin on the cover, they have used up all the current (at that time) straw hats, anyone have any idea what Funimation is gonna use for the final Collection 8 dvd cover, perhaps a group shot cover ?, too bad Franky hadn't debut by then or he could been collection eight cover pirate.

That is correct, back in summer 2003 I was call by phone and ask if I would like to be a Nielson viewer for a few months, I answered a brief survey got all the paperwork in the following weeks and just watch tv and reported it back to them, It was only for two months and they did pay me for my time.

Before anyone rushes to buy that yacht, they paid me like $40 USD, which for an Unemployed recently graduated teen was awesome, it was fast food and comic book money. In closing, yeah it's random I don't think you JUST be one, it's one of those THEY call you, You don't Call them deals.

I always thought Chris Ayers or Jerry Jewell would make a good Brook. People have also said Vic Mignogna too.

I am hoping for Jerry Jewell, I like Vic but I just don't hear brook when he sings.
The one who really would surprise me is Justin Cook, I just heard his Dragon Soul Opening and I really dug it, so Jerry or Justin for Brook.

I know that the rumors/ predictions has existed for a while now, What do you guys think about Jimbei joining the Strawhats crew, the fact that he had a flashback (and so far really only crew members get those) and that he seems to be in a more main starring role in the current saga, does kinda make it seem he could join.

Or could he be just a arc-ally like Vivi, Conis and Ivankov, what do y'all think, honest thoughts ?

I'm not gonna lie, the new opening rocks !!!! there was a little tear in my eye when I saw Little Luffy, Ace and Sabo running together.

S2v4- S2v7 at Amazon.
S3v1- Funimation Booth at Anime Expo (which was pricey as hell)
S3v2- S3v4- Amazon
and Finally S3v5 at Rightstuf,

so I think I did my part on buying the Dvd set, EACH time on or near the original release date so I pretty much paid full price…. Hell I even had 2 copies of OP:Unlimited Adventure for the Wii.

I know, I agree. When I first heard it, I thought it was done last minute or something.

I especially thought the backing vocals were bad.

I have heard at least four times now (Sometimes some of the songs sound better the more you hear 'em) and yeah, it does sound kinda rushed.

I can't tell who's singing it, normally I can tell if it's Caitlin Glass, Brina Palencia or Stephanie Young , but not this time :blink:

I just place my order for S3V5 on Rightstuf.

Like everyone has posted numerous time, regardless if it's a filler-arc or just 10 eps. WE gotta show Funimation we WANT more Dvd sets, and the only one TRUE way of doing that is by buying the dvds.

I recomend seeing some J-rock or J-pop Music videos, like the J-rock band "High and Mighty color" always wear some of the coolest outfits in their videos, then mix it with like steampunk fashion and you can have trully some awesome clothes.

On top of being a Huge OP fan, I'm also a Jojo fan so it's awesome that someone has finally mixed both styles together.

I like ur first nami image, tho the nose seems a little off to me, but still great stuff.

The only Playstation related problems with my OP dvds are that my cousin's PS2 can't play them, though it could be that he dropped his PS2 many times before.

But yeah, my Ps3 makes those noises sometimes when it loads some movie or games, too but so far it hasn't broke and I had this system for nearly 4 years now.

Freakin hate Disney and their vault some times. All of the Disney Afternoon shows are exactly a single volume left from being completely. But for some unknown reason, Disney refuses to release ANY of the final volumes!

I know huh, I want the complete Aladdin tv series. but Disney isn't releasing anymore Disney afternoon show dvds cuz they failed to sell, they all tanked and can be found at discount bin for 10-15 bucks at my local best buy.

Due to me always buying from rightstuf and their early pre-order shipping, I lost track of the release dates.

It's only been like 2-3 months since the last OP set went on sale (S3v3) but I swear i look at my collection (which I have bought all so far) and felt like I missed one, damn it 2011 get here already.

The Cover of S3v4 BTW is the best so far in my opinion.

I was wondering does anyone really know why the sixth Opening to the One Piece anime, Brand New World sung by D-51 was only used for 14 episodes while other Openings like Crazy Rainbow was used for 41 episodes?

I loved Brand New World, it is one of my favorite anime opening songs. So why did it get the short change, did Toei have problems with D-51? was the song not popular enough in Japan? were contracted to use Crazy Raindow for more episodes and Brand New World for only 14?

Do you think the anime will do one more Filler saga after the war and Luffy's backstory arc or will they just go straight into the whole 2 year after arc we're currently in?

Examples-
Naruto, did a whole lot of what if filler episodes between it's timeskip (too many infact) and Bleach even does what if filler arcs in the middle of it's main arcs. Hell, even Dragonball made filler non-canon adventures for Goku between his years of unseen training, so it's not too far fetch to see another what if Straw hats were together filler (They done it before with the "Little East Blue" movie 10 filler).

I just wanna say, I just finished watching Yibis Fansub of One Piece Movie 10 - Strong world.

COME ON FUNIMATION, BRING US THIS FILM !!!
I normally have this thing when Buying Blu-ray I only buy 'em for live-actions that I think deserve the Blu-ray Treatment (I.e. AVATAR, Ironman 2) and never Animation.
But if Funimation would bring us a English Dub of One Piece Movie 10 On Blu-ray, I would so buy it, twice even. Heck, I'll even buy some and gave 'em to my Friends and Family for Christmas.

In closing I just wanna say, Come on Funimation help me with my Holiday shopping and give us Strong World Blu-ray already.

I started OP, cuz my girlfriend at the time was reading scanslations of it online (around 2000 or 2001 at the time), but they only had volume 1-2 translated and it wasn't till Viz Shonen Jump mag that I read more, I then bought me eps 1-150 from a HK bootleg dvd set for $15 and was then living in Japan from 2005-2008.

So I owe Nothing really to Kaizoku Fansubs, but if I want my anime sub fix then I got all the official Funimation Dvd sets so far.
