Mangapanda and Mangastream say that armament haki is like the sea/seastone: it doesn't steal the enemy's ability. But CCC and Mangateers say that unlike the sea/seastone it doesn't steal the enemy's ability (so that means that the sea/seastone does it). Which one is the correct translation?
