I think the yami yami no mi is responsible too. It has the power to suck things in and it was said that if you eat two devil fruits, your head will explode. I think he uses his darkness power to prevent this. The only problem I see is that the sea and seastone make it impossible to consciously control devil fruit powers, so if it is because of the yami yami no mi then he has an amplified weakness to the sea and seastone now; it will kill him.

They sure don't look like Tengu, but Skypians sort of fill that role. We have had fish-people, mammal-people and bird-people so far. The auction house mention the snake neck tribe, but we haven't seen one yet. They might be reptile people. Oda would have just called them the Long Neck tribe if they just had long necks, I think. Snake Neck for next nakama…!

Other than that, yokai would be cool. Before Minks were introduced I used to wonder if devil fruit mutate DNA in a way that is passed down to children. If the Minks are somehow a product of hundreds or thousands of years of ocean-wide devil fruit use, yokai could be the paramacia equivalent of what minks are to zoans. Where logias fit in I have no idea.

Also, only Usopp, Chopper and Franky met and joined the crew on their home islands. I know Wano is a closed country, but it's possible someone joins in Wano, but is not from Wano.

It would be pretty overpowered if you think about it. She could become either slippery or sticky. Mr 3's wax worked against Magellan's poison, but it would be useless against a tar pit. Caesar's gas logia is extra useful in his hands, maybe Big Mom can produce some super oil for cooking.

Big Mom has the Fat Fat logia. She can turn her body into different types of fats/oils.
