There's a link to the forum for a game that I'm involved with in my signature. It's a 2D fighting game made with Mugen that's intended to cover the whole series - we've released three betas so far, and have gone up to Shabondy in terms of playable characters (though there are some characters from earlier points in the series, such as Eneru, who aren't in there, but we intend to add them for the final version). Depending on how well your computer actually is, hypothetically you can play the One Piece ps2, and wii games on your computer easily.

Are there any games in english that I could play that way?

The plan is to use RPG Maker, but I'm trying to move away from said medium.

The idea is to contain everything from Alvida's ship all the way to Reverse Mountain (for the first game), as well as the filler arcs and movies as optional locations.

Of course, there would be a sequel covering Alabasta, Skypiea, CP9, and the Whitebeard War sagas.

As I said, though, it's very far from completion.
