Someone might have guessed this already, but I think Raizou disguised himself as a monkey mink, hence why he was on Zou without the minks knowing who he was, and also why he attacked kinemon and kanjuro, to prevent the minks from seeing samurai, since apparently they hate them now.

RE: Chapter 806: At the Fortress of Left Stomach
Carrot biting Luffy… ohhhhh I'm losing it >_>...
Dang it Wanda said their fur is the pride of their race, for some reason I was hoping Carrot to not have fur, just bunny ears and a tail, oh well, there's always those Korean MMOs with bunny girls in them. or i could always just be a furry.
Nami mentioning Sanji first out of the three that are missing? Sanji x Nami confirmed. (Kidding we all know he did something super badass and something happened to him)[Sarcasm]
Then again we could always have Brook die, take his body to Laboon later, Sanji die and then take his body to all blue and have a burial at sea, followed by Wanda and Carrot joining the crew licking and biting luffy until the fanboys/girls die. And as for Momonoske… well let's just say he's alive, pretended to die so he could stay on Zou and continue to fondle mink girls much to the guy's dislike, and then he'll grow up and the minks still won't mind because there's some that like "hairless monkey minks".
[/Sarcasm]As for the Sanji all blue thing… what if Jack knew the location to all blue and Sanji went with him for that reason (on top of being wanted alive, so Jack wanting him for some reason) and abandoned the crew (also probably to save the minks as well), it'd be a very interesting twist as most are probably thinking Sanji did something noble. Sanji leaving for all blue obviously makes little to no sense, but it'd still be cool to see Sanji go off and do something we didn't expect.
Also it's highly probably that what Wanda meant by their friends being dead is that they're with Jack in the first place, meaning they may as well be condemed to death considering the type of person he is, especially since Wanda said Jack had an obituary, but they still believe him to be alive.

RE: Chapter 805: The Mink Tribe
This is how I personally see the timeline of how things have gone down on Zou prior to the main straw hat party arriving on Zou:
1. Jack and crew arrives on Zou, destroys the civilization, and either makes them flee/disappear, or kills them and piles the bodies in one place (hence the straw hats finding empty buildings). There's also entirely a possibility of Jack arriving afterwards for Momonoske/Caesar, and later finding reason to destroy that civilization.
2. Swirly hats arrive on Zou. Likely not being chased by any particular party upon arrival. Evidence for this with them calmly commenting on how rough the terrain is and the elephant's water bath, indicating that neither Big Mom or Kaido's men are chasing them, which also supports Jack being on Zou either beforehand for other reasons (destroying the civilization), or afterwards (Momonoske/Caesar)
3. Swirly hats come into contact with Jack/Kaido's crew, and also have one of their first encounters with a Mink. Next part is a bit of speculation: Given Wanda's expressions when thinking of the Swirly hats' deaths when talking to Luffy, I think it's safe to say that the minks were friendly, if not not hostile towards them, hence Wanda intervening and saving Luffy from being attacked by her fellow tribe's people. Since in my opinion they're on some-what friendly terms with each other, there would have had to been time for the swirly hats to have formed that friendship, either during battle with Jack's men, or afterwards, time would have had to been given for things like exchanging clothes (could have been taken off their belongings after the swirly hats have been "killed"). Swirly hats up until this point are uninjured/not in critical condition and are not considered dead. There's also the possibility of Law's crew and more specifically, Bepo who intervene and cause a friendship/a ceasefire of hostilities between minks and swirly hats, which could occur relatively fast and there not being a gap between battles.
4. Jack leaves zou and heads to dressrosa to free Doflamingo. Likely takes his crew with him, as he probably can't man the ship by himself. Possibility of other Kaido's men being left on the island/some of Jack's crew. Jack might have prioritized getting doflamingo back alive over getting momonoske/casear, or may have already captured caesar, which is a possibility since the swirly hats have been defeated, and momonoske can be explained by being hidden, I remember something being said about Kaido's men not being able to find a samurai, my memory is fuzzy. Swirly hats have either been annihilated (by Jack?) or have still not been taken down (possible second threat that enters the island to introduce himself as the antagonist of the arc???).
5. Luffy and co. leave dressrosa
6. Tsuru, and Sengoku leave to escort doflamingo to impel down (is Fujitora there too? I don't remember, I think he was going to chase down the straw hats, a detour to impel down seems unlikely)
7. Jack attacks
8. Luffy and co. arrive on zou, finally caught up with the story.Given how there could have been this gap between hostilities followed by Jack leaving them unfinished (to rescue doflamingo as he could already have Caesar) or a second adversary who appears on Zou, I think there's no question who this arcs antagonist is going to be. Given that this civilization has been wiped out, Zou now becoming relatively deserted, the "Hey look a whole bunch of Choppers" (A whole bunch of picolos), many of the trees on Zou looking like the trees on Namek, there can only be one protagonist: Edward Weeble! The clear boo and babidy relationship between him and his mother means he'll appear on Zou to become the Frieza of the Zou/Namek arc! Look forward to the many forms of Weeble, Luffy's (or sanji) exploding from rage and going SSJ, and a 50 episode fight ending with the Elephant exploding from all the abuse he's taken from the two. Oh and because the mink's will no longer have a home, Carrot for next nakama!
Also incredibly relevant to my mood towards this theory:
And if you didn't catch on that I'm being 100% sarcastic:

RE: Chapter 804: An Adventure on the Back of an Elephant
Luffy is on Namek :ninja:
Thought it was strange that it took 6 pages for someone to make that connection. Newgate Jr. appearance confirmed? :D… kidding of course Would be hilarious if there's a fight with those trees in the background and someone/a mink with an interesting/unique zoan DF transforms, leaving Luffy to cry of excitement.
I'm on board the Carrot cute train.. but yeah I have a feeling this arc is going to fuel any furry fire that exists in OP fans haha.Just imagine if we got a female mink nakama and chopper acted all shy, I would die.
I doubt Nami would randomly become a sword user if she transformed, much more likely Nami gave her clothes to her/were stolen. There's quite a few similarities like austral mentioned though.. definitely interesting. I don't think the mink's will stay aggressive towards the straw hats for long, I'm pretty sure Carrot only surprise attacked because she thought bariete was taken out by them.

RE: Chapter 801: Opening Declaration
Only about halfway caught up with reading the comments in this thread so I don't know if someone's pointed this out, but one of the New World Pirates allied with whitebeard during the war has an elephant ship:
http://www.mangapanda.com/one-piece/551/12
(It's the ship below Oars' and to the right of the giraffe one)
It looks nothing like Captain Jack's ship though. I'm going to guess Jack has the mammoth fruit because of that difference, and again, just a guess, without any basis, as there's a giraffe ship right next to it, and we all know who had (thanks to this chapter has not had) the giraffe fruit. Would be interesting if he was once one of Whitebeard's men, and switched to Kaido's after his death, and changed his ship. Again don't really think this is the case, just wanted to point out the vague similarities between the two ships. -
RE: Chapter 799: Parent & Child
I think it'd be real scumbaggish of Jimbe to use his ability like that.
Oh I in no way expect Jinbe to use his powers to aid Luffy's endless hunger, just that he'll use his power for some other outside reason and it causing turmoil because of luffy. For example if Nami says "masaka na" meaning something close to "there's no way Luffy did so and so", but Jinbe heard sakana which means fish in Japanese, calls some fish on that assumption, then Nami gets into an argument with luffy after realizing what he did then Jinbe's fish arrive and luffy gets distracted. Probably a bit too specific but that's the general idea I was going for when I said that.

RE: Chapter 799: Parent & Child
Yeah, I don't think anyone will be able to guess what it is.
It's so going to be "I owe you a tresure" like luffy did to that ramen shop owner as a kid.
Unrelated but,
I think Jinbe's quirk is going to be calling in fish at an inappropriate time. Just imagine Nami chewing out Luffy and a school of fish appears and he completely gets distracted and wants to catch them -
RE: Chapter 799: Parent & Child
While I wasn't expecting a full fledged fight between Fujitora and Luffy, I was a little disappointed that Fuji's powers weren't fleshed out a bit more. I need to rewatch strongworld, I'm having a hard time distinguishing Fujitora's fruit from Shiki's.
Even though I was expecting a more battle oriented way to explain why Fuji would back down from the fight, Oda sure surprised us yet again, I don't remember anyone predicting the citizens would get in the way and prevent Fujitora or that Luffy would reach Fujitora's softer nature and stay his weapon. Of course people predicted one of the crew or one of the pirates would stop Luffy.
Really curious where Leol is going to end up. -
RE: Chapter 799: Parent & Child
I wonder where the other 2400 pirates are going to come from to form 8000 pirates to make another one of Usopp's lies come true
