I love random pirates that help flesh out the age of pirates. I.E. Candy pirates, tulip pirates, germ pirates(poor timing on that one), big helmet pirates, pinkbeard, crab-hand gyro, gashed albion, lip service doughty etc. The more pirates the more I enjoy the series.

I’ve always assumed that most fighters in the New World use haki in invisible ways, like pre-TS. It may be a thing related to the observer knowing what to look for (so Franky or Robin didn’t see haki uses) or just Oda sparing us from obvious revelations again and again.

But I still question why not include bounties of the Tobbi Roppo with their power reveals. It would hype them further at the time.

I’m surprised by their bounties. They are not low, but I was expecting at least some of them to be with Perospero and the rare others in the gap between 550 million and 1 billion.

I agree with you about not breaking into that 600-700 million range. I kind of expected WsW too. I’m not disappointed just surprised.

I am disappointed that they didn’t use this opportunity to give Holdem and Speed a bounty. Even if it was a small throwaway number, like it should. It would have flesh out the series more. Kind of like the enraged army of Big Mom i.e Mont D’our and Bobbin.

There was so many more interesting gifters in the manga chapter than the episode shows. It was such a wasted opportunity.

Bounties are on the backside of the cards, so we can't discern if Izou's card has it from the preview image, but Oden waved around Izou's bounty poster back when he got one on Whitebeard's ship. The bounties of Oden himself, Inuarashi as well as Nekomamushi would also be nice to see.

Franky is routinely one of the most entertaining fighters. Even his fight with Ikaros was fun. However, I particularly like his little skirmishes like with fodder, or when he drove on top of big mom.

You don't get my point. Doflamingo till the end looked invincible. It were retarded circumstances that made him loose. On the other hand Kaido gets smacked constantly.

I think it has more to do with the type of personality the two characters have, rather than strength. Doflamingo is a much more cerebral character than Kaido. Kaido is reckless like Luffy, who constantly shrugging off attacks. Doflamingo is more like Robin, the last she major damage she received, from Diamante, she hid. That plus the fact shes always up against cannon fodder makes her look unbeatable. Now no one would argue Robin is stronger than Luffy, but in many ways she is more imposing.

I’m stoked he’s a speed type. I’m curious if he will have a mode change.
