Oh boy Gear 4. I remember 7 years ago there was a ton of "Gear 4" drawings right after the Water 7 arc, most of which involved either vulcanization or involved Luffy bouncing his strength around his body somehow. They all looked like shit.

There is a reason you can unlock shortcuts that bring you really fast to the bosses. If we had lamps near them those would be pointless so get on exploring ;).

! Well for the Father Gascoigne fight I'm pretty sure I found all the shortcuts in the Central Yharnam area and it still took me 2-3 minutes of travelling to get to him, plus a loading screen. I get that there can't be too many checkpoints as it would defeat the exploration and discovery part of the game but I also feel that if it had only taken me 30 seconds to get back to him it would have alleviated a lot of the frustration of the fight.

Well this game is pretty great. Loving the design, the atmosphere, the fair but challenging combat system (for the most part). I've never played any of the Soul's games but this game makes me want to.

The 2nd boss stonewalled me for about an hour until I bought the Kirkhammer and discovered I could smash him hard enough to interrupt his attacks. Now I'm slowly making my way through Old Yharnam while avoiding The Man with the Machine Gun who just loves to shoot me in the back when I'm trying to duel people.

If I had a complaint it would be that there's really no reason why they couldn't put the checkpoints nearer the boss fights, especially seeing as I could easily run though the enemies without taking a hit.

Thank god Oda stopped that Luffy vs Doflamingo fight I was almost having too much fun

! Really good chapter. Nice to know Ryo Fui has some depth beyond being a greedy asshole. Hopefully Sei's justification for his path is as well written cause other he just got called the fuck out.

Well you got your 6 awesome buddies who you face fantastical challenges with and the other 100+ pokemon you shove in the pc to die an agonisingly lonely death.

It will be literally impossible to avoid spoilers when they come out, assholes everywhere will celebrate as they get to ruin people's shit. Any youtube video comments, any news article comments, any post on tumblr or thread on reddit all have the risk of some moron spamming plot spoilers.

I'm not looking forward to it.

Rebecca is almost a parody of how Oda writes women. She's like a filler character from the anime. I can't get excited for this fight because I can't get behind the ideas fought over in it.

Here's hoping that Robin will get a proper fight against the slime dude soon.

Also were the flowers on that tree made out of Robin's ass?
