If there's no seastone, enel is invincible. he can resurrect. Luffy can beat him but can never kill him, but Enel just need 1 chance to eliminate his biggest threat. If Luffy cannot permanently stop Enel, no one can, not even fire,smoke,sand,ice. He has ability to resurrect himself, mantra, coolest long range attack, speed of lightning, ability to generate electricity, electromagnetic, heat. He is energy itself, energy cant be destoryed.

The Elefrank theory adds life to Zoro's character. Badasses are few and far between in this series and Z gets too much face time to always be stoic unless yelling at someone for being ridiculous. That and Zoro (sleep)riding Elefrank around when the crew is walking around just fits.
It wold just be nice to see Colby waiting for Luffy, smiling. Then he waves and they chat it up a bit and Colby casually points out how he will catch Luffy. And the two fight. Dreams on the line, serious, but with no hatred. No real anger, just lots of motivation.
