Couldn't find any better place to post this xD

I've been trying to find information about the One Piece CCG/Cards, like information about what set there is and how many and what cards there is in the sets.
I found out that the japanese cards are called Miracle Battle Carddass, but is there an english version?
I also want to know what part of the story the set is based around.
