RE: Donflamingo the puppeteer. [May contain spoilers]
I posted about this a while ago, but I didn't use any diagrams.

It made sense to me, since people would resist, so they must still have control of their muscles to some degree… maybe they were trying to resist their bones being manipulated. I initially thought logia, but paramecia would work too.
Damn, I came out of hiding too early! I was going to wait until Kmann made another appearance in the manga.

RE: Usopp able to handle CP9?
/lurk mode off
I think it's debatable how many dials Usopp took from Skypiea, based on what he chose to use when he fought against Luffy. For instance, if he had an Axe dial or a (the?) Reject dial, why wouldn't he have used either of them in the duel? They would have both been more effective against Luffy than Impact, and he would know that. One could argue that he truly wasn't going all-out against Luffy, but I got the impression that he was.

RE: Chapter 391 "A Girl Called Devil" Discussion
Thanks for the translation, ooshi. ^_^
The library tree is called "The Tree of Knowlege". That's awesome. XD Great symbolic tie in, there.
I was thinking as soon as I saw that tree whether it bears fruit. If you catch Mi meaning.

RE: The Demons of Ohara
Anyone know the romaji translated into "Demons" in this context? I've heard them called the Ohara Devils before, and I've always wondered if there was an implied connection with the Akuma no Mi.

**but I had a revelation when I realized Bellamy's symbol (originally Doflamingo's) was a stylized skull
I'm sorry, this made me laugh a bit.
All pirate flags, for the most part, are stylized skulls.
**Only a bit? This is by far the funniest thing I´ve read here for quite some time.
Bad choice of words I suppose, but in the original post I was referring to the symbol in context with the figurehead, complete with ribs and vertebrae. How is "frivilous caricature" or "burlesque cartoon of a skull" instead?_

Shichibukai Discussion Thread
I didn't see anything about this from a search, and I don't remember if this was on the old boards, so sorry if this has been discussed before. I think I figured out Doflamingo's power. The Hone Hone fruit (bone).
I originally thought it was some kind of puppet power, but I had a revelation when I realized Bellamy's symbol (originally Doflamingo's) was a stylized skull, and his ship had the same symbol as figurehead but with vertebrae and ribs. This DF would have to be a logia fruit, based on the fact that he was able to control those marines at the marine/Shichibukai meeting. I think he was moving their bones around like Crocodile can manipulate sand.
