My point is, it's getting clearly that you can not conquer New World just running by yourself showing your own guts fists. If i am not mistaken there are too many references through the manga that younger generations of pirates that think that their own strength is enough to make the difference, sooner or later are crushed.
People tend to see grouping as a weakness, the society works a little like that, we think that if we can not solve something by ourselves then we failed, and people tend to be arrogant. But the point here is the opposite, create an alliance shows that you are not only strong in terms of physical ability, but it means you are smart too, and intelligence is a big weapon in your side.

Let's see something, who else has big crews of allies to support them when their own strength is not enough? So far taking out the Red Hair Pirates, almost all Yonkou have dozens of ally ships that they request when they are in difficult moments, and together with their help they can still reign until now. Shiki the Golden Lion had an entire fleet of allies, it was even known has the Grand Armada a reference to the Spanish Armada (aka "Invicible Armada") from 1588 that was a big one and was defeated by the English fleet that were less in terms of numbers ( do you recall something with this? yes, the Battle in Edd War where Roger defeated Shiki and started to conquer the New World ). Even the new formed pirate alliance between supernovas show us, that sometimes you most join forces to defeat a common and stronger enemy.

And in the future we are gonna see it taking even larger scales with the old WB pirates joining Luffy, or the Bartolomeo pirates, who knows maybe Crocodile too since he is in New World starting probably a new pirate crew, the Revolutionary army, they are all people that have too many pride to work with Luffy as a crewmate by they could help him by working to him in situations that Luffy needs, since they all have their own goals.

I don't believe that Roger conquered the sea all by himself, he is a legend, but even so, he was not invencible. Working as an ally doesn't mean the other Captains abandoned all their hopes and dreams, i still think that Luffy is gonna fight Kidd in a 1 vs 1 fight before arriving to Raftel, and then all supernova are gonna create a big alliance to fight Blackbeard and the WG.

I am not telling that it demands an alliance to progress through the New World, but the alliance concept is taking a big role in the story.

Now i think that when Shanks stopped Kaidou it was because he tried to attack WB alone, and so Shanks and his crew could stop him.

I think that Kaidou is mad with WB not because he died but, he died living behind the legacy of the Battle of the Strongest which Kaidou was not taking part of. That's why in the last pannel he says he is gonna create the battle of the century.

I am curious to see why Kaidou is so obsessed in catching Momonosuke, the grunts of Kaidou say something about catching the "samurai" and not Momonosuke itself.

That island is not Zou, i think that Zou was planned to be a escaping route by Law because it's his turf, and in that island there are Law's crew waiting for the SH's to help them. So they got onboard of BM ship and they run away, so they changed their route to another island that makes part of Kaidou territory.

Now we understand why Gecko Moria was so obsessed with an immortal crew, after seeing that Kaidou can't be killed, with this we understand the conception of "strength" of Gecko Moria, when he says something about "if my crew were all a bunch of zombies, i wouldn't lose at all".

Even if i loved how Kaidou was introduced it still disappoint me, because i was hoping that Kaidou was a rudeless man that hides behind not only in his own strength as in his military power, in his allies and pirates working under him, focusing in his special devil's fruit zoan army ( aka SMILE army ). Because with this, i would love to see DD playing an important role as an indirect Luffy army.
Why? Because i still think that SMILE was not created to strengthen Kaidou military force, but the other side, weaken it. By telling him that SMILE give him strength by creating a Zoan army, with secondary effects that could kill or weaken the men they take this kind of devil fruit. I will try to explain it better in other time.

So Kaidou in this chapter finds 4 Supernova. Coincidence ? I don't think so. I think that we now understand how Kidd - Appo - Hawkins alliance is gonna take down Shanks. I read here people saying that the decisive factor to take down Shanks would be BB, and i agree with that, but with this chapter i think another circumstance is being created for that fight.

So far we are going, we see that 7 Supernova ( Drake, Hawkins, Apoo, Kidd, Luffy, Law, Urouge) are very close to each other in terms of space. 3 are with Kaidou, 2 are gonna be in Kaidou territory ( when Luffy and Law join SH crew ), Urouge is above the first 3 people i mentioned, and finally Drake is between Kaidou crew. 7 Supernovas from the worst generation is calling for an epic battle between them.

Funny to see how Kaidou is in one Winter island when the newspaper says that DD was defeated, and some time after that he is already in close to Urouge.

To end it, i am gonna make you all hate me. I think that Luffy - Law alliance is not complete, there is one more person missing. That person is Drake. As far as the manga goes all Supernova are ambitious people that want to have success in their piracy life, some stronger than other, but all of them share pride in their strength. So i can't believe that Drake accepted to work under Kaidou for nothing. I think he just realized that in New World you need two things: knowledge about everything, since navigation to your enemy full strength, and that's is exactly what Drake is doing. By defeating that Cyborg in one of Kaidou favorite islands he made Kaidou pay attention to him as a strong man, plus Drake maybe already knew about the Zoan army, so another good thought of him is his own devil fruit. An Ancient Zoan fruit, it is rare and strong, so all of that are good ingredients to make Kaidou accept Drake between his own men.

OK, it makes sense, but all of that for what? As i said, almost all Supernova defined one Yonkou to defeat, because it gives them a boost of confidence and a big reputation to be even more feared they already were, plus they can keep their journey to find One Piece with one less bar between them and their dream (admiting that find the One Piece is their only dream to start this journey ).
So Drake, for some reason choosed Kaidou, and the Drake we know from Sabaody Arc, and even when he defeated the Cyborg man, is a very calculating man. He doesn't act by impulse like Kidd or Luffy. So he prefered to stay by Kaidou's side, waiting for someone to fight him and then join that same people. The alliance right now that selected to defeat Kaidou first is no other than Luffy - Law alliance, they three fit perfectly like the other alliance. We have 2 calculating men plus one impulsive one with a physical ability that seems to exceed that other two. Plus Drake has information about Kaidou that can boost the winning success rate calculated by Law from 30 % to a more suitable value that could make the risk of fighting a Yonkou worth.

Just a curiosity, i think Oda is trying to show us some kind of sketch of the Yonkou domain, i think that right now the New World map is something like:

Fishman Island - Dressrosa - Big Mom territory
Island where Sanji is - Kidd base - Winter Islands - Kaidou territory
Old Whitebeard turf - Black Beard territory

People said the same thing you said about B-Block and look at what happened. Oda "ressurected" Bellamy just to have him lose there. He managed to at least beat Abdullah and Jeet and that should be enough.

There's also the fact that Dellinger hasn't show his power yet, and Bellamy will be victim of that power, just so that Dellinger gets hyped for whoever gets to actually defeat him (I guess Luffy or Bartolomeo on Luffy's orders). Remember that Bellamy isn't Luffy's friend/ally yet.

Don't get me wrong but if i am not wrong , in B Block everyone was targeting Bellamy because he was seen as a big threat to everyone in that block, and he was defeated by a punch that not only knocked him down as it knocked everyone else, except Bartolemeo that used a barrier to withstand it. So i don't see the B Block lost as something that would shame Bellamy.

I agree that he isn't Luffy's friend/ally, but the second he listened what Dellinger said to him he left the enemyside too, better, for me right now there is only Bellamy side, he is surrounded by enemies and he is in enemy territory. I think that we all agree here, that Bellamy didn't have time to show the extent of his power, in my opinio, what shocked Bellamy it wasn't the threat that Dellinger represents but the fact that he is Donquixote Black List by Doflamingo orders.

Do you really think that Oda would "resurrect" Bellamy as character just so he cand say Luffy how much he respect him now as a pirate after having his ass kicked by him? I respect your opinion, but no. I trully believe that we are gonna see some changing in his power too, he had a very good DV one of the best in my opinion, maybe he learnt how to use it better, and why not some haki (:ninja: ). Dellinger is an officer but i don't think that is so important , and Doflamingo is clearly in my opinion underestimating Bellamy and he will get a surpise like when Law defeated Vergo.

Doflamingo Is trying to become pirate king through his business. If Doflamingo was under Kaidos protection then Doflamingo would have called him or his subordinates down to help. Kaido is,nothing but a client, he just orders the most of his most valuable product.

First i wanted to believe that Doflamingo wanted that bad to be pirate king, but what take him so much time to try to accomplish something( i know that he conquered a kingdom but is that enough in the path to be pirate king?) ? I had in mind some kind of "theory" but i felt that was too much to expose in a thread, that theory was about how could Doflamingo poison Kaido using the SMILES, don't maybe that had some kind of second effect (since he was working with CC) to harm the Kaido army over a long period of time , but that would take so many years, that would be ridicolous.

Second if you read again my quote you will see that i used "protection", why ? Because i know that for Kaido he is nothing more than a dealer,but without someone covering up what he is doing, he would never develop so many SMILE's until now, even if he is a Shichibukai, because as soon as the WG know about such way to reinforce is military power they would try to get CC as soon as possible, and that is only possible because someone "higher" is covering all of this. Don't you think strange that someone with such experience as Kaido, didn't notice that having a devil fruit it's not equal to power? I really believe that he wants to prove a point with the Zoan army.

The Goresei said that any of the Yonko had enough power to beat BB first fact, second fact when X-Drake attacks the winter island Scotch said that Kaido would be upset if something would happen to his subordinates.

Ok i am suspect here but i love Bellamy character since the first time we met him, but something tells me that Bellamy now is a little stronger than 2 years ago, and like law i think that Bellamy is underestimating him a lot, to send Dellinger that i don't see as one of the strongest Donquixote Pirates.

Guys how you expect Kaido to be?

We know that he is rough, merciless, have a special care about his comrades and is the only person capable of stopping BB, but what you expect "the strongest creauture" to be? We know that he is building an army full with Zoan devil fruit users, but the question remains, why? My first thought was that he is called "creature" not because he is not human, but because he is a very powerful Zoan fruit, add that to his rough nature and you can expect people to remember not Kaido's human side, but his wild side, so then people refer to him not as human but as creature.

Then why the Zoan army? Well, i think that as far as the series go we can "say" that there is a general idea that Zoan type is the weakest among the 3 devil fruits types, we watched very moments where people in OP tend to say that Logia is the strongest one, but i have the idea that Zoan is always underrated.
So what? Okay, so in my opinion Kaido is trying to prove that Zoan is the strongest type, and so he tried to build an army with Zoans to prove that.

But after so much, i can't realise what kind of creature it can be. What creature can be so powerful that can not be stopped? A dragon ? Is a really powerful mythical creature, with strength enough to destroy villages without breaking a sweat, but after PH i don't think that Oda is gonna work more around the dragon image. So i thought a dinosaur ? Nah we already have Drake, and specially a T-Rex that is the first dinosaur that goes in people's mind whenever they imagine a powerful dino.

Right now i don't have more ideas, so i would like to read what you have to say guys, because some of you comes with plenty of good ideas sometimes.
