Awesome chapter! I can't wait to see how much fairy tale stuff comes up in this arc that I know of.
I knew I heard the heart story from somewhere! Pirates of the Caribbean (from z3bola's post) and J.K. Rowling's "The Warlock's Hairy Heart", the latter more so than the other.
…You know, from the auction scene waaay back, the disassembled body parts seemed to still move as a whole, sort of. Even the samurai guy was able to move his body all around the place while still detached form the head. So you can't really use Law's room and swap hearts for surgery unless both hearts were switched to each other bodies(ew, freaky!) or one already died but the heart is useable. I wonder if you can still die if you hide your heart just like Davy Jones...drowning, blood loss, shot to the head, crushed by a giant, eh nvm.
So let's see, we have giants, satyrs, harpy, and a dragon. Is it greek mythology? Possibly greek cause of the harpy and satyr. Then I wanna see the sphinx (and the Strawhats interacting with it), a hydra, sirens, a cyclops, and the three old women with one eyeball. I looked at wiki for greek myth creatures and OP already has many of them covered, though some are gags.
