Yeah, everyone gives Adam and Morgan a hard time, personally I find them tight and their reviews pretty accurate. And yeah, don't take certain things seriously cause they just say a bunch of shit as a joke.

I found that VG Cats comic to be hillarious, which is unusual since I find most of its jokes bland or stupid.
In regard to Sessler, I'm calling him a bastard since his co-worker died not too long ago and they're pulling stupid "bad stuff happens to our crew" shiz not even a month later. What a dumbarse; it's a pity he wasn't really arrested.
On an additional note, I hate both Webb and Sessler quite a bit, but the only fact about either of them of which I will defer any respect is that one of Sessler's favourite games is Rayman. I'm glad to say he recognizes the merit and utter awesomeness that is such a game.

What ever happened to what people REALLY want!?!? All see in that show is fucking StarTrek and car shows; there's also the Man Show and Arrested Development on there for some reason. Really, what happened to the Anime and just plain games and tech!?!? The only show I find decent is Attack of the Show. Just gives interesting news.

The channel has nothing to do with video games anymore as far as I'm concerned. They skim the area of video games without actually dipping their toes in the category.

I find AotS to still be enjoyable. X-Play is a shadow of it's former self although I do find it funny when insult anime to get a rise out of the fanboys. Naruto and One Piece games come to mind.
I liked the station better when g4 and techtv were seperate especially since G4 had games on the channel 99% of the time. Good times

Good post. Reminds me of another thread here in which people constantly bitch, but still talk/read/watch it.
But On the other hand, just because someone complains about something, doesn't mean that they neccessarily hate it. Who knows?
Anyways, I only like AotS and some epis of X-Play. Other than that, I preferred when the two stations were not merged.

Only shows i watch on G4 are X-Play and Cheat. Other than that Happy tree Friends and that one Asian endurance show.
But since Time Warner took over the cable the schedules changed and dont really get to see them any alot.

I respect the hosts there because if they think a games bad then they won't hesitate to tell it, no matter the fanbase or what game it is (all their anime / game reviews crack me up, espeically the reactions from the fans after).
other than that I don't bother with the show

How strange (though a bit off-topic). I needed the picture Buuhan posted for something, and tried twice to save it. Both times caused my entire browser to crash. o_O
Anyhoo, I don't have this channel (or cable for that matter), but it is pretty disappointing now. Last thing I remember ever finding interesting was Cinematech and Icons.

I've never found X-Play to be a reliable source for video game ratings. They seem to hate anything that is or once was extremely popular. (DragonBall Z, Poke'mon, One Piece, Naruto, Full Metal Alchemist, Yu-gi-oh, etc.) They begin playing these games with closed-minds and almost always give them bad reviews. Yet, I pick up these games, and they're pretty good.
However, if there is a game that they have been waiting for (Halo 2, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Turismo 4, Final Fantasy XII, etc.) they almost always give them a perfect 5 out of 5 simply because they want to like the game before they even start playing it.

I somewhat agree with X-Play on somethings. For the most part, anime games aren't that good. Only until recently have we been getting some really good ones (such as Budokai 3, JUS, Budokai Tenkaichi). Still, they hate anime period and as such, They bash anime games to get a rise out of the fanboys.
I agree with you Pushpop on your last point tho, the hyped games always get 5's no matter how unremarkable they are. Gears of War and Halo 2 are proof of that (not that I hate those games tho).
Me personally, I could care less what score they give anything due to the fact that they have a bias toward certain games. So their opinion is invalid IMO.
