Okay, separating them makes it a little more complicated. The process looks complicated at first but once you get it down the whole thing should only take a minute or two.

-First open your dvd in dvd shrink. It may take a few minutes for the program to preview your dvd.
-On the top you will see a button called re-author. Click it.
-On the right you will see a list of files. Under "main movie" will be the episodes. Drag the largest file over to the left and drop it in the dvd structure box.
-Click on the file you just dragged into the left box and make sure it is highlighted.
-Now go back to the right panel and change the tab from "Dvd Browser" to "Compression Settings."
-Here you can pick what audio tracks and subtitle tracks you want on the video.
-At this point you could hit backup and save the episodes as one chunk to your computer and then convert that file (.vob file). If you want them separated go on to the next step.
-Okay on the left panel next to "dvd compilation" is a series of buttons to the right. Click on the rightmost blue button (two arrows pointing different directions.)
-This brings you to the place were you set the start/end frames. Here you can select the start of an episode and the end. This can be kind of annoying. I think every episodes is around 5 chapters.
-select your start and end point for the episode, hit backup and rinse and repeat the last step for every episode on the dvd.
-You wil end up with .vob files on your computer and these can be converted with most conversion programs.
