Ok i have been seeing all the Gifs/Sig Img`s around this baord and i was wondering how do i make one of these things?

Just download a GIF program online. You can google for some, but most of them require payment… If you do download one then you can figure out how to make a GIF. It's pretty easy, really.

Adobe ImageReady is a pretty good program for making gifs.
