well in the Skypeia arc around the end there was like a 3 episode flashback to Norlands past. in this Jaya was not half on the blue sea and half on the white sea it was complete. so when Norland landed on Jaya and meet the Shandians, the Shandians had wings. i found this unusual because Jaya had not been blown into the sky yet and the people have not become accustomed to living in the sky. if i remember correctly they grew wings because they were in the sky or if they wore 'em i dont know. so why did the Shandians on Jaya in the blue sea before it was broken apart have wings?

Frankly, i just think it's a 'bug' that oda made accidently, but yeah it has been bothering a lot of people.

I don't think its a error, and if it is Oda can justify it in a sentence if he wants to most likely.

If it really is a mistake he'll just make up some dodgy response like he usually does and fix it.

if it does have a meaning than why don't we know what it is yet? assuming we won't hear anymore about what's going on in skypea and all.
