Tattoo in Japanise

Yes tattoos in japanise… Few weeks ago I kinda decided to get a tattoo, so know after thinking waht I will take I decided to take something in japanice, BUT cause I seen the damn old sprite commercials, I think I shouldnt just ask the tattoo artist to make it... Who knows waht on earth hell write there, if he even knows japanise....

So, is here anyone who could kinda help me out to get the RIGHT kanji mark for what I want. cause I think this is the best place I could get the real answer... Thought I'm not yet sure waht should I get written in it... -.-;

what is a japanice? a brother or sister's daughter who comesfrom Japan?

Tell us what you want written and someone here who can translate will gladly translate it into Kanji.

also specify. Do you want it going downwards, or to be horizontal. If horizontal, do you want it to read from lef tto right or right to left?

This reminds me of that Eyeshield 21 episode with the american team, and the 2 team mates with japanese kanji tatoos gone wrong. (wanted to say they were tough, but ended up stating they were shit)

Oh yeah, I remember that part. One of the guys on the American team, Gonzales, got a tattoo with the characters "big" (大) and "helpful"　(便）, "Dai" and "ben" respectively. Both kanji together mean "shit, excretment, feces, etc."

Gonzales' younger brother did the same thing except instead of "big" he got a "small" kanji (小） or "sho". "Shoben" means "piss".

A bad idea? Maybe, but I'm still thinking of taking one… Thats why I kinda made this topic, so I can get the kanji what I want....

At the case of the Aquarius, there are 3 diffrent kanji, so that might be bad. But in rabbit, well its only 1 kanji as you can see.

Rabbit, 兎, and as I run it trough Google's translator it says only rabbit. Aquarius, 水瓶座, same in here... But still, those are the translators work... and its still BETA only...

I think the problem is with tattoo artists, with no chinese/kanji background whatsoever. So most of the tattoos in that site look like shit.
