So Pluton blueprints has been kept to counterattack a possible ancient weapon and Tom knows that Nico Robin is the only one who can awaken an ancient weapon. So if Nico Robin were to awaken one, how could they imagine building Pluton to counter it? They need Robin to build it. It seems hopeless, am i wrong or missing some point?

The real Ancient Weapons were all built long ago and are hidden somewhere in this world. Some of the Poneglyphs like those in Arabasta and Skypiea contain the information where those weapons are hidden aswell as how they can be used.
Thus said what Nico Robin can do is reviving the Ancient Weapons like Pluton and Poseidon which already are existant.
The blueprints Tom passed down to Iceburg and which Franky burned were just meant as a counter measurement if the already existing AW´s should ever get revived and fall in the wrong hands. But with the Blueprints gone now it seems like an Ancient Weapon can´t be recreated anymore. So the only possible way for them to appear is if the original once get revived.

It makes the orginal Pluton more valuable then anything, since there ius only one. If its ever revived, there is nothing to stop it. I think one of the AW will be revived by the end of the series, otherwise why mention them? It will be intereasting to see how they stop it.

i'm guessing Franky either memorized all the sheets, in the blueprints, or at least made a backup. i mean he burned the real blueprints for shockfactor, i kinda doubt that he doesn't have a backup plan

Well they seemed intent on getting the original and Kaku and Lucci got a good look. There may be something more than designs in the blueprints, which without you can't hope to build it.

or it is possible that he really burns it because Tom did advice them to destroy it when it becomes too dangerous or something like thatthose ancient weapons remind me of Final Fantasy

Robin's not interested in the ancient weapons, and neither is Luffy for that matter (although now that Luffy has Robin on his side the WG might take it the wrong way and think he's going to blow up the world.)
