Taking pictures like this is just as good as a LQ RAW, and it must be a lot faster than scanning. I suggest you do this from now on, to get the RAW out fastest. I would if I only got Japanese Shonen Jump!

I think the question everyone needs to realisticly ask themselves is, is this really going to go on for another 10 years? And if it does, will we still even be reading it? I mean, thats going from age 20-30 for alot of us.
I would be happy to see this series end in three years, he dosen't need any new islands or enemys, Blackbeard, whitebeard, Shanks, Flamingo/Bart Bear, Mihawk, 3 admirals, 5 elder stars, "Budda" dude -there are just so many people they can already fight and make great arcs out of! And Dragon, what about Dragon? Theres at least 3 years already of unresolved crazy crap! Theres no need for anything else I say!
Theres already to many to count, no more! Lets see some baddass fights between the Rulers of the Grandline! oh yeah, and Luffy is totally going to OHKO Jinbei, hes moving above and beyond those noob 7 gods.

Considiring all things, Begabunk or whatever his name was might have some sort of relation to the Merman Island. Not to mention Jimbei.
Chances are that there are some Marines on the Merman island. It's a long shot, but perhaps Begabunk is even living and working there… Jimbei would have some sort of relation or even a place there.
