also Luffy vs Crocodile round 3... Luffy shouted "I don't want her(vivi) to die! We are Nakama!" that was just awesome + when crocodile was in the air all beaten up

Though I have to say ringing of the golden bell might be one of the worst moments in the anime. It was great in the manga, but it was missing so much in the anime. Where was the dramatic music and stuff? It really needed it!

It's really appropriate to hear if you already know that he's going to reveal such a thing not too many seconds later. In fact most of that flashback is awesome.

My favorite Moment in One Piece was the battle between Usopp and Luffy….after that episode, I gained so much respect for Usopp that he became my new favorite character lol, and the music playing during the background was so dramatic that I 'almost' cried after the way I saw Nami cry >_< lol.

Best moments? All the best moments are the ones that are my fav. Here they are:

-Luffy being saved by Shanks + Loosing an arm
-Luffy beating croc + sending him flying
-Bell-Mere saving Nami + Nojiko from the war torn area
-Ace+ Smoker in the bar talking (including part where Luffy just burst in and sent them flying)
-Mihawk + Shanks
-Mihawk + Zoro fight
-Sanji, Franky + Sogeking dettaching the train with T-Bone + others in it.
-Nami going through the party stuff in her weapon looking at how amazing the tricks are… and each time realising to her that they are pretty much useless at that moment in time.
-Dragon + Rouge Town.
-Garp during Koby's Mini-series
-Bellamy being taken out by Luffy in One hit
-Bellamy beating up Zoro + Luffy in the bar.
-Zoro beating up bounty hunters at Whiskey peak.

And many more... But I'd bore you if I said them all.

I have a lot of fav. "best" moments... Thats all I say.

My very fav, thats the whole Smoker + Ace in the bar bit. Don't ask me why thats my fav, it just is!

Watch it with Dub Piece and it is so much better. Especcally since he's beating up Bill Cosby and "Where da hood at?" is playing.

My Fav Moment was probably when Spandam Said "Do you think you can survive with the world government as your enemy" and Luffy Replied with a "YOU WANNA BET" thats the best for me

Hmm… gotta think up some of the absolute best ones.

The Calgara/Norland flashback was the best EVER, in my opinion.

As much as I love these guys, Shura getting rejected in the chest and Bellamy getting owned with one hit were pretty cool.

I didn't even see the whole Pell/bomb deal until yesterday, but that part seemed really emotional. It makes the list.

Zoro vs. Braham was really cool, mainly because Braham was using guns, not swords. A nice change of pace for Zoro.

Hmm... I know there's some more, I just need to think on it for awhile.

One scene in the anime I really enjoyed was Robin exploring the ruins in Skypiea. That entire scene had a very surreal aura to it, and I really enjoyed it.

Yeah, they overdid it with the flashbacks. We get the significance of it; having it crammed down our throats so blatantly lowered the effect. It's actually one of the only times I've gotten annoyed with the anime. I'd have rather them just add material to the actual fight.

The final battle against Crocodile (particularly when New World Symphony came in), and the rest of the episode after that. So god damn epic…
Nami furiously stabbing her Arlong tattoo. Definately a moment that showed me this anime was something else. Got goosebumps during that part...
Crocodile's defeats of Luffy. Both were so dramatic. The muted scenes after the first, and the way Croc causally tossed the series' touted hero into the sand pit like he was nothing, that showed that this new villain was way above those before him. Then, after the second, even when Luffy found his weakness. The way Croc appeared above him, and grab his throat, the way he casually dodged Luffy's desperate attempt to get him wet again, and the way he gave that throaty exhale of "once again... You lose" as he dried Luffy, those were definate memorable moments.
Robin screaming that she wants to live. Although I usually root for the bad guys, that one even managed to give my black heart chills. =P
Luffy vs. Ussop. All I could say after it was "damn...". THAT'S how you do drama!
Captain Kuro's "I've endured it". When he spoke of what seemed like happy memories with Kaya, then he drops that "all this time, I have... Endured it..." bomb, and I just lost it. As a man who appreciates evil, that was so unbelievably awesome. I've never seen that type of evil before. I've seen bad guys betray others before, but never have I seen them break the heart of someone who admired them as a parent figure like that.
Tying in with the above, when Kuro crushed Kaya's present for him. It really showed how friggin' EVIL he was, especially after seeing Kaya so happy about getting it, and hearing how much trouble she went through to get it custom made, and he just crushed it in disgust. Damn.
Vivi finding that the bomb in the clock tower was timed. It made all the effort the STraw Hats went through to stop the bombing utterly useless, and seeing her break down at the sight of it, picturing Crocodile laughing at her, just amde that scene, and upped Croc even more as a villain, showing not only his meticulous planning, but how he makes others suffer. When she screamed "HOW MANY TIMES WILL YOU MOCK ME UNTIL YOU'RE HAPPY?!", it just makes you think of everything he's put her through, and how it all boiled over for her right there.
Seeing Project: Utopia unfold. It was a kickass evil plan. One has to appreciate that even the amount of time for the king to travel from Alubarna to Nanohana was accounted for.
Crocodile revealing that it was him that was bombarding Yuba with sandstorms. I've discussed this before.
Crocodile's speech to Tashigi. Such a damn good burn on the Marines...
Most of the Alabasta arc in general.
Enel appearing on the Going Merry. I didn't expect that, and seeing him instill the fear of God in Nami and co. was definately awesome.
Enel reviving himself after getting hit by the Reject Dial. I thought that was a very cool use of his electrical powers.
Nami choosing to go with Enel, believing that he's literally unbeatable. Didn't see that coming.

My personal favorite moment was when Luffy was about to be executed by Buggy on Gold Roger's execution platform in Loguetown, smiling in the face of death. Also the crowd's stunned reaction after the lightning bolt hits the platform at the last second. It beautfully orchestrated the destiny of the series and made a great transition in the series from small fries in the East Blue to the greatness of the Grand Line.
