I can't belive that shonen jump is taking soooo long, So i went to manga scans and i love it One Piece anytime it's great!
Also could someone give me a link to a place where i can get one piece japanese manga for sale, and Rurouni Kenshin manga?

First, where do you live? It's rather useless to ask for locations to buy the manga if we don't know in what area you're looking.
Second, internet is always your best bet for buying stuff from Barbie dolls to dead ferrets to not-dead ferrets, so I recommend sites like Amazon and Sasuga Books.
If that's not what you meant, I'll just commit ritual suicide in shame. Maybe.
