If you have read many shonen manga, there are two things the protagonist have to go against: the antagonist, who is bad if not evil. The other one is the rival, who may help out the protagonist from time to time, but always wants to surpass him (or vica versa)
However, it seems that luffy so far have no rivals, only antagonist. I am sure he will have one sometime or later… but the question is, who?
I don't know if one day oda will come with something THAT low, he just have better things to do in the manga….

Considering that Blackbeard is a D and is probably about to beat down Ace, and also looking at the size of his crew and the nature of its members…I'd say he's the ultimate or penultimate villain.

I doubt it'll be that easy for Doflamingo to beat the SH with his powers. I expect either Franky to fight DOflamingo due to him being part cyborg. Franky being cyborg may somehow allow him to resist Doflamingo's puppetry.
Or the SH will find some sort of plot device enabling them to bypass Doflamingo's DF powers. I expect either of these two to happen, but who really knows?
