Yes it would. For one thing, I'm a devotee to computers because I ate the Geek Geek Fruit. And I'm sure such a thing is for politicians - Corrupt Corrupt Fruit.
But honestly, we don't care, because it is so painfully obvious that it's funny.

Yep, they simply wont drown, just starve to death. (Unless a lot of fish swim by)
