I've been wondering this for a while. I've seen that symbol all over the place, from tattoo parlors, to naruto, and also in one piece. Does anyone know what it's actually called, and what it means? Thanks!
What do the symbols on Enels drums mean?

Ah… You mean the Sharingan Eye from Naruto...? S'ben a while since I gave a shit about that anime, but now that you mention it, they are the same...

Well, I can't answer that question, but according to Wikipedia…
"His powers and the drums attached to his back match those of the storm god of Japan, Raijin, so the idea of this character might originate from this god. Additionally, one of his poses (reclining on his side) and his elongated earlobes are reminiscent of statues of Buddha."
Got it… Searched "Sharingan" and lookee what I found!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomoe
"The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, known as the "tomoe seal". It is not unheard of for a Sharingan user to have different amounts of tomoe in each eye. For example, Sasuke's Sharingan initially had two tomoe in one eye and one in the other. Upon his first regular activation of it, it had evolved to two tomoe in each eye - then three during his battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End. A fully-matured Sharingan has three tomoe in each eye."
"The tomoe appear on the the Raijin-like drums of One Piece villain, Eneru. They also appear in the 'Sharingan' eyes of the fictional Uchiha clan in the Japanese anime Naruto, with the number (up to 3) indicating the level to which the eye has developed."
Believe what you may have heard, Wikipedia and Google do work.
