I agree solar (not aabout u wearing the speedo) but the Sanji outfit with all black is awsome!!! Sanji in Skypea was cool too. lol i wish i had a closet full of OP costumes!

Sanji is typically one of the best dressed. Lucci pretty close, though.
I think Franky's is the most random and surprising.
Eneru's is the most painful looking (how DID he get those things into his back? Does he sleep with it on?)
Bon Clay's is the most flamboyant. Appropriately so.
I think Usopp in movie 6 is the coolest. XD

I've really liked all of Lucci's outfits so far. Whit his casual Galley-la attire (top-hat, singlet, slacks and pigeon), onto his totally classy CP9 tuxedo outfit, complete with pimp coat.

The guy is always dressed to impress. B)

I prefer Franky's get up over just about everything, except Croc's pimp clothes and Doublfinger's ho madam clothes. Also, pretty much everything Sanji (the teal shirt looked best), Nami, and Robin wear; Smoker's attire; and Zoro's Skypiea outfit.

Once again I have to go with early Water 7 Nami when she had the black shirt, white tie and short skirt. So damn much style.
I also love the flowered shirts Tashigi often seems to wear.

I liked Jango's pirate outfit and marine outfit..

I also like Blueno's CP9 outfit. It's like a sneaking suit… but it even has a breast pocket with a tissue.

arlong's clothes are similar with franky's clothes (when he was young)

i really like robin's clothes in water 7 before she's joining the cp9 (when she walks with chopper). OMG did she use sexy leather stockings??

I love the suits – Sanji and Kuro and all, but especially Fullbody when he first appeared. That pinstripe suit was so classic, I loved it. I really love Miss Valentine's clothes too, actually. Citrusy.

Hattori (how can I resist a little pimp coat).
Doflamingo has such a fluffy pink coat and I like his shirt underneath (orange and black is style).
I really liked the outfits of Robin and Nami in water seven (tie and black).

I agree with anyone who said that Sanji's outfit is so sleek. But Franky's outfit is just whack and thats why I like it.

Ace has the coolest hat ever. I want that wierd smiley face thing on it. I really like Nami's Water 7 outfit, its so cool. I like Robin, but I don't think her skypiea outfit was very good. And I like Luffy's alabasta costume, and I thought it was cool how he wore it in the filler.

The outfit Robin wore when she was walking around with Chopper in Water 7 was super ultra hot! Pretty much everything she wears is. She really seems to enjoy showing off her cleavage, and I say, hooray for her.
Other great clothes - Crocodile's coat, Enel's pants, Bon Clay's entire ensemble, Miss Goldenweek's cloud-pattern shirt, and Luffy's afro-power getup. Does that huge wax mecha Mr. 3 used count as an outfit?
