Now this is what I'm talking about.
but is your second link supposed to link to Wii Sports?
good point….hmmm oh it was linked in the thread I found it to show what the boxing would be like
holy shit. I knew it was being made but i didnt see many pics. Its fuckin ippo punch out style with great graphics… cleans up drool
There needs to be a Takamura mode.
Nice, this game looks great. As long as Sendo, Mashiba and Vorg are in I'm sold.
(Sendo and Mashiba look great cell shaded btw)
@Cap'n:
There needs to be a Takamura mode.
couldn't agree anymore
imagines a Takamura vs. Hawk wifi battle…..picks jaw up from ground
I had to bump this because after playing Wii Boxing on the Wii that My brother got to today
that + character designs some blood and some special moves = BEST GAME ON THE WII HANDS DOWN!!!!
can't wait (hope it makes it here)
I imagine two guys punching the air in front of the tv, avoiding, running side to side….. one of the best thing of wii isn't just the game, but the players together can become part of the show!! XDD it's funny uahuahuahauhuahuheuahuehauh
If they tune up the fighting styles to match each character and let them have their proper advantages and disadvantages then it will be godly. Imagining Sawamura picking someone apart with his bullet or the technical percision of David Eagle would just rock.
Flicker Jab and Dempsy Roll aswell
The Dempsey Roll is going to be fucking awesome. I swear.
Oh lord another reason to get myself the Wii. It's going to be so surely awesome… to kick butt with all the characters. Ippo.. that'll be neat, and Papaya Dachiu and the Coconut Punch was kickass.
Date Eji, Vorg, Miyata and Brian Hawk needs to be in it too.
Ooh haggy like.
I'm looking forward to a chance to play vorg, or bust out the roll.
EDIT: Quick checked out gamefaqs and found this http://http://moura.jp/frames/ippo_revolution/round1/index2_1.html
Ooooh, cool. Good thing for me my paycheck is rather large this month, buying a 360 and a Wii in one month is expensive. :P

Taken from Gamesarefun
This new boxing game based on a classic Japanese comic has been showing up in gaming magazines lately featuring extremely muddy and dark graphics. Thankfully, it seems AQ Interactive has cleaned up the game a bit, and the game is brighter than before. Graphics aside, the game's controls were extremely unintuitive. Punching with the remote only gave a quick jab while body shots, uppercuts, and hooks required a button press along with awkward remote motions that led to a rather disjointed and slow experience. On top of that, ducking and weaving was completely left to the joystick and a button press which made things even less fluid.
Ouch. Hope they fix that when the game comes out.
Wow, that sounds much worse than Wii Sports' boxing..
It looks great! But I doubt it's coming to North America.
Unless they dub the show then there'd be a strong chance for Ippo in America. ^^
One, they've alredy released an Ippo game here in North America and also I think another is one the way.
The show has been dubbed as well.
Yeah, but neither of them are in any real abundance..

US MOTHERFUCKING RELEASE BITCHES!!!
(I see Takamura in the selection screen, Hawk is there aswell)
also Background music selectable per battle
A friend of mine has the game and can't get enough of it, so I don't know where those bad control issues are coming from. Says it's accurate as hell and really responsive. Now it sucks played with a controller, but who wants to do that?
and itagaki has hedgehog so..
Edit: Watched the trailer, and didn't hear the magic words: Japanese voices.
Please PLEASE don't let them change the voices.
