They found it last year. The Queen Anne's Revenge sank off the coast of South Carolina.
Interesting to note is that the person who ordered the capture of Blackbeard was Woodes "Gold" Rogers, the first governer of the Bahamas. He was one of a handful of pirates that refused to cease their piracy and seek amnesty from the British Crown. So they were all hunted down and killed.
