Er, what kind of languages are you talking about/lookin' for? PHP, I have no experience in (sorry), though I think the Arlong Park website is actually a PHP webpage. Maybe someone will be nice enough to take some time out of their schedule and help you out with it.
I know some Visual Basic and QBasic, I'm learning some Pascal now actually. I know a little bit of HTML, although that was a while ago. XD I don't know how much of a help I'd be. Er, sometime I'd like to learn C++ if that helps any. @_@
What exactly do you need help in? Explain a little more in detail what you're doing and maybe someone else will also come and help ya out.

Eiichiro Oda is the creator of One Piece (the manga-ka of it). Masashi Kishimoto made Naruto.
Sorry, I can't help you with PHP though. Maybe there's some tutorials on the internet that could help you? Or check out your local library for some stuff too as well. Hope all goes well.

ah, it's because i'm using a php command called include… but the error appears because i haven't uploaded the files.

probably when i feel that we have enough content… hmm,
it will fully launch.. probably near the end of april
we will be changing to a REAL host soon and u will no longer be able to enter the site index (there'll be a splash) but i'll have the forums up (i hope, this is still in debate, i'm not sure wether i should or not because not many people might join..)
