imo, i think that they will use it to:
-upgrade franky's parts as a thank you for the boat he will make
-upgrade more parts in the new boat
-buy zoro his replacement sword, possibly one of '21 Great Edges'
-or most likely it will be part of the story in the next arc

They'll but all the stuff they want: Chopper's books, Sanji's lock, and maybe some new ammo fo Usopp.
Maybe they won't spend in all at once, and it will becomes the crews "budget."
They'll split equally (except Nami) and each goes buy whatever they want.

Personally, I think that the 100 million berry will be a plot element. What's Luffy's current bounty (before the Enies Lobby crap will be recorded)? Exactly. Now, 100 million can't exactly be pulled out of someone's ass. So let's say that Garp returns to the Gorosei (Or just Marine HQ in general) with 100 million, claiming that he had captured Luffy and personally executed him as per instructions, and had recieved the proper reward, with Enies Lobby destroyed (Thereby cutting off court records) and CP9 destroyed (The Gorosei's major source of intelligence for the region), who are they to question Garp, the legendary Marine who cornered Gol D. Roger? They aren't.
So, the 100 million will be used to make Luffy "die".

It would be nice if along their own fighting upgrades, the SH finally got those lifestyle upgrades they wanted (New chef's tools, paper for maps, new books, new medicine etc). And save 50 million to transport their ship over the land mass before the red line.

Thats way too far fetched. It'll be something simple, like Nami keeping it and lending it out as she sees fit. Poor Zoro is going to owe her even more money.
The 100 mil will go towards their boat. The wood alone cost 200 mil, they'll still need all the metal, furniture, Luffy's new seat, cannons, etc. Granted a lot will probably come from the FF's salvage operation, but its not going to be cheap.
They'll use it to bribe the marines or something of a sort :P

Also, to the person who replied to someone about Nami vs. Robin's breasts, the person who called Nami a child, that's just it: All her breasts getting larger, this WHOLE time, was because she was becoming an adult! They've been at sea for a while, and if Nami still isn't fully grown, her breasts will get bigger! But they seriously have been at sea for at least a year, and if Nami started out at what, 16? 17? it just means she'll be really, really hot when she gets to be Robin's age. But for now, Robin is the hottest and Nami isn't anywhere near cute enough for lolicon, so Nami=LOSE.

Not just food money. The reason that Nami was so bemoaning the loss of the 100 million was that they would need it for supplies in order to continue their journey. Even if franky builds their ship for free, they will still need money for cannons, refrigerator, food, tools, toilet paper, etc. to make the new ship liveable.
They're pirates. They always could have stolen a new ship, but without supplies they wouldn't survive to the next island.

I think Nami will spend it all on extra's for the new ship and for the crew. Maybe a fridge with a lock just for sanji. IIf not that then i think she will just keep it.
