Nope, cause my computer can't play MP4. Besides, they don't have subs.

Well, Quicktime can play MP4, but since you want ones with subs, I am not sure how I can help you. Ummm….what I can suggest is that you DL episodes that have the openings and endings you are looking for and cut them out using a program.
I think I heard somewhere that VirtualDub is good for doing those things.

No, it said nothing about over 100MB (hell the video was even over 10min) and it said invalid format, which is weird since all the videos were in AVI format, which supposedly is one they allow. Plus, on the size it says only 60MB or so.

Well they are probably talking about the output video codec of your video. It's probably something youtube can't read yet. So you have to change the video codec by using a program.
