He didn't capture Dragon so I think he sees no problem with just leaving.

I'd like to say that Garp is smart enough to know if he has a spy in his ranks. But, due to the insane plot twists that have been going on recently, I think that Oda will do something unexpected with the "Why is Garp at Water 7" thing.

Probably, but if Smoker and Garp showed something it's you've got to do a lot to get fired from the Marine when you're a powerful fighter. In these days of crisis the WG can't really deprive itself of such assets, no matter how rebellious or unprofessional they are.

The second to bottom emperor has a VERY close resemblance to Oimo, or is it Kashi? Anyway, I mean the fatter of the two giants that helped at Ennie's Lobby.
Maybe I just have a bad memory, it looks like Wanze too (as has been mentioned).

I'm somewhat worried about the situation the strawhats in, this chapter brought a lot of relief from what's happened so far and I'm just hoping that it's going to last at least a few more chapters, rather than Helmeppo's response to coby saying they were there because of the strawhats being dark as it sounds.

Seeing the full chapter, Garp looks more Heihachi Mishima-esque than ever. I never realized how tall he was. In comparison Luffy looks like a tiny, tiny man.
Them falling asleep and the reaction of the crew… there are no words for how great that single panel is.
(Though I don't remember Luffy having that kind of narcoleptic problem like Garp/Ace before.)

Without glasses, Helmeppo's eyes/eyebrows and hairstyle looks like one of the elves from Lord of the Rings.
To the people talking about the way Garp met Dragon and didn't arrest him.
a) We don't know whether or not he tried and simply failed.
b) You don't always arrest giant figureheads, considering the fact that you will make a martyr out of them to their people. It's relatively clear that A LOT of people follow Dragon, and that it's not Dragon himself who would topple the WG, but the revolutionaries he controls. Should he be captured, they would certainly spring into action.

It should last a few more. We've got a lot to resolve before they can continue on: Usopp needs to make up with Luffy; Chopper needs to explain why/how he turned himself into a monster on Enies Lobby; Robin needs to talk to Usopp about Luffy (this is my personal opinion); Zoro needs to address how being down one sword is going to affect him (although this can be done after they leave, I suppose); they need to decide if they're going to take on a shipwright as a member of the crew (if any are inclined).
Oh, and although it's not strictly necessary, it would be nice to see if any bounties are levied/increased. I don't want to assume anything with Oda. 
1.) I'm replying without having read the entire thread, so sorry if these have already been mentioned.
2.) Coby and Helmeppo look wicked cool! I can't believe they've matured so much in so little time. Helmeppo looks like a cross between Aokiji and Sanji, but I can't find anyone with any resemblance to Coby. An entirely new face type? Also, Coby's clothes remind me of the bounty hunter in the 4th One Piece movie. That was a good one, it really captured the spirit of the manga, as much as the movie animators ever will.
3.) Just an interesting observation about the panel where Garp talks about the Four Emperors: the one on the bottom, the shadows on his face make it look like he has a moustache similar to Whitebeard's.
4.) Luffy's family is made of awesome. His father has tire tracks on his face and his grandfather makes a dog mask look badass.
5.) The panel of Garp waking up. He is such an old geezer.
6.) I wanna know who the other two Emperors are! Wanna wanna wanna!

Who was the person that he trusted? Is it someone we've seen or someone Oda hasn't shown yet? Yep, I totally feel another Luffy flashback coming at some point in the series.
And about Ace...if he wanted him to train with Ace, Ace must have been intended to be in the Marine too. I'm starting to think that he's probably the son of the person that Garp sent Luffy to to raise and they aren't directly brothers.
