In other words, Mayuri's position right now. I'm waiting for an Urahara vs. Mayuri show-down so Urahara can open-up a can o' whup-ass on Mayuri and show him who the REAL Captain of the 12th Division is!

No, that would be Kuchiki Byakuya. Rukia's brother, I mean.
Mayuri is the new captain of the 12th Division |Research and Development|. The one who led countless, cruel experiments on the Quincies. He eventually met up with Ishida who did a number on him and well.
And a ban kai is a Shinigami's sword's final form. It is the fullest, strongest form that can be attained. We've seen quite a number of them throughout. Ichigo's Renji's, Hitsugaya's…but not yet Urahara's. Or for that matter, Shinsui-taicho's either. He's another favorite of mine...

If I can find them all, I'd have to say every scen Zarkai Kenpachi is in. His fight with Tousen had alot of cool scenes as well… (goes to find the pics)
