I recently got to see some of the Bleach anime and I have a question: Is Don Kanonji voiced by the same V.A. as Buggy the Clown?

Also, Orihime sounded to me like Osaka from Azumanga Daioh. anybody know if that's the same person or not?

Yup, Shigeru Chiba is both Kanonji and Buggy. He's also Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho.
You were also right on with the Orihime/Osaka connection.

One of the fun things to do on that site is look at the seiyuu pictures (if there are any) and compare them to the characters they play. For example, here's Miss Merry-Christmas and her seiyuu, Mami Kingetsu:

It's hard to identify some of them, even though I've seen them in the Tokyo Anime Fair videos included on the dvds.
