How do u open rar. files?

I have been trying to download some mangas but cant because they are on rar. And my computer doesnt open those type of files.

Any suggestions?

You need to download WinRar to extract the files. It is a free program to use, you can download it here. Simple to use, it's like using WinZip.

edit: it keeps showing up that i need to put my credit card info in. I thought having it was free?
