Okay so I've had Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence for about 2 months now, and I wanted to play the original Metal Gear, which is on the second disc. Well, I was making good progress, and I saved and quit playing for a while. When I came back, I was at the elevator, with only my gun (no ammo), Card 1, Binoculars, cigars and rations. I thought it was because I didn't save, so I just continued from there. After I made about 30 minutes worth of progress, I save again and quit playing. Then I come back, and I'm back at the elevator with the same few items as before, with all that progress lost. Is this some sort of glitch or something?
